stayed at two different places with the same host and both are flawless! very clean, perfect room temperature and design is overall very pretty :)

Bugüne kadar kaldığım en güzel evlerden biriydi, muhteşem döşemesi tarzı temizliği en küçük detayına kadar harikaydı. Ev sahiplerinin bıraktıgı meyveler tatlılar her türlü mutfak malzemesi temizlik malzemesi neye ihtiyaç varsa vardı. Kendi eviniz gibi çok sıcak enerjisi çok yüksek çok şirin bir ev. Fotoğrafdan daha güzel konum harika tereddüt ermeden gelin biz çok çok mutu ayrılıyoruz. Kesinlikle temizliği ile tarzı büyüklüğü şirinliği ile batumda kalınabilecek tek adres. Çok teşekkür ederim yine gelicez

Good location, room is clean and tidy, Revaz is a very responsive and nice person, communication was great.

Очень приятный персонал, очень хорошее месторасположение, комната уютная, есть все необходимое для проживания, вид на горы ❤️ Встретили очень радушно вечером, помогли с чемоданами. Большой плюс — можно было с кошечкой, оставили только залог, который при выезде возвращается. В одно утро не успели на завтрак, спустились за чаем, а нам просто так дали еще какого-то печенья, пирожков. Впечатления очень хорошие. Рекомендую.

Otar is a great and caring host. The apartment is nice and cozy and located right on the slope. There is a ski rent right in front of the hotel.

المكان جدا جميل عبارة عن غرفة في منزل lka ولاكن بخصوصية كاملة وكأنك بفندق يبعد حوالي ربع ساعة عن وسط كوتايسي ومتوفر بولد طوال اليوم انصح بشدة بالتجربة ،، تم تغير الجدول لان الأماكن السياحية ( مارتفلي ، الكهوف ) كانت اجازة يوم الاثنين ولاكن ماقصرو معنا العائلة وفرو لنا سواق واعطونا خطط بديلة

Thank you for a lovely stay. We highly recommend it, less than 10 minutes walk to ski rental and the chair lift. Very cosy with cool decor. We must also mention the INCREDIBLE Banya experience. This was totally unique and it is definitely a must if you are in the area. Absolutely worth the price. 😀

Incredible place, right at the center, everything is extremely close, restaurants, bars, ski lifts, rentals. As a host Gia is also very friendly and proactive, allowed us to check-out late on top of it. can't really imagine a better place to stay at New Gudauri, highly recommended.

Good apartment and location

A must stay if you're in the vicinity of Prometheus cave or Tskaltubo, especially if traveling with kids (a room for up to 6 persons!). The pool and continental breakfast were perfect, and if never seen a hotel so vigorously kept clean. We also had the opportunity to watch Georgia's Euro match with the locals which was an unforgettable experience. There are shops and at least 4 restaurants in the vicinity and the cave entrance is a 5 minute walk. Also a remarkable opportunity to see the Imereti countryside with cows, hens and goats in the nearby houses.

Ein echtes Hideaway der besonderen Art. Es war zwar die teuerste Unterkunft während unseres Aufenthaltes in Georgien, aber so ist ist, mit tollen Unterkünften, die man in keine Schubkade stecken kann, für die es keine internationale Hotelstandardkategorie gibt! Wir fühlten uns ab der ersten Minute an einem magischen Ort, von dem eine besondere Ruhe und Exklusivität ausgeht. Die hohen Bäume, die üppige Natur, die Kiespfade, die Restaurantterrasse, das Rauschen des nahen Flusses… und natürlich: die einzigartigen Unterkünfte auf Pfosten erhöht gebaut, mit eigenem fantastischem Hot Tub und einer Feuerstelle, an der wir eines Abends ein Barbecue genossen. Das Konzept ist toll und nachahmenswert, dr Mitarbeiterinnen waren so nett, freundlich und herzig trotz aller Verständigungsschwierigkeiten. Der Blick aus dem Zimmer ist einfach unvergesslich, so exklusiv und friedlich. Ein sehr guter Ort, um seine innere Ruhe zu finden, aber auch, um Wanderungen und andere Ausflüge zu unternehmen.

Crikey, where do I even start? Staying at Stephano’s Airbnb in Batumi was an absolute ripper of an experience — honestly, it’s one of the best spots I’ve ever stayed in, and I’m still grinning from ear to ear just thinking about it! Meeting Stephano was a huge honour and a real pleasure — such a genuine, friendly bloke. From the moment I arrived, he greeted me with warmth and kindness, making me feel like I was catching up with an old mate over a good glass of vino. It’s rare to come across someone so welcoming and genuine, and I reckon I was pretty lucky to meet him. Now, let’s talk about this apartment — fair dinkum, it’s a beauty. It’s kept so spotless I’d have been happy to eat my breakfast off the floor (but I didn’t, don’t worry!). The decor is modern with a touch of luxurious charm — bright, cozy, and full of little touches that make it feel like a home away from home. The bedroom is a dream, mate — a massive, plush double bed with crisp, couldn't find a better location!

Хороший апарт-отель для тех кто приехал сюда отдыхать. В 6 минутах ходьбы есть супермаркет. И в 5 минутах на машине можно доехать до горнолыжной трассы.

Great place to visit with the most beautiful surroundings

Dada is one of Airbnb’s finest hosts. He is very kind and always responsive. His apartment is located very close to the beach in one of Batumi’s best locations. We look forward to seeing you again soon.

房子很新装修很好。房间很大。厨房很大。风景很美，可以远眺三一教堂。老板很好，院内还可以停车。物超所值、非常好

Арендовали на 7 дней, продлили еще на 7 все отлично, дом стоит своих денег 7 минут от пляжа, 10 минут от Уреки спокойное место всем советую.

Great neighbourhood. Property is better than what is described in the airbnb. Reza is polite and the great host. The guy at the front desk is kinda cocky-funny type which not everyone might appreciate. But still, even he is quite helpful. Overall, definitely a place worth paying every penny for! The only people who should avoid this place are those scared of dogs, there are a good number of them in the neighbourhood. As long as they’re not homeless, there’s no danger. But not sure about the homeless ones. I personally loved my stay here!

Amazing view everything was peaceful Ahmet and his sister were absolutely wonderful hosts! From the moment we arrived in place , they made us feel right at home. They were incredibly kind, helpful, and always available if we needed anything This place highly recommended

Прекрасные апартаменты. Всё необходимое для проживания есть. Единственный минус, это то, что немного протекала стиральная машинка. Остальное всё отлично.
