Провели в квартире несколько ночей — всё очень понравилось. Квартира просторная, не маленькая, есть всё необходимое: полноценная кухня, посудомоечная и стиральная машины, утюг, кондиционер, телевизор. Всё чисто и аккуратно. Удобные подушки и матрас — спать комфортно. С балкона открывается отличный вид: видно море, а вечером красиво подсвечен город. Дом удобно расположен — в центре старого города, рядом всё, что нужно. Заселение прошло легко, инструкции чёткие и понятные. Коммуникация с хозяйкой — отличная: быстро отвечает, подсказывает, идёт навстречу. Рекомендую, особенно для пары, но и втроём будет комфортно. С удовольствием вернулись бы снова!

The location is great and safe, the place is very clean and the host is friendly and helpful. I really enjoyed staying in this place it was a wonderful experience. I recommend it to anyone wants to visit Tbilisi.

Nice, comfortable place in a very central location. When I arrived in Yerevan my phone service was being weird and would only let me send texts through Whats App but my internet was not working, when I let Gayane know about this and the fact that I could not order a taxi because of it she immediately sent her husband to pick me up, I really appreciated that. Gayane was always quick to respond as well. Highly recommended

Жильё находится в пешей доступности от метро, остановок автобуса и пешеходной части проспекта Агмашенебели. При этом жильё расположено в тихом дворике. Хороший wi-fi, горячая вода, микроволновка и электрическая плита в исправном состоянии. Отзывчивый и предупредительный хозяин, дружелюбный шоколадный пёс во дворе. Немного шумный холодильник и топающие соседи сверху, но беруши решают эту проблему. Я бы рекомендовала это жильё

This was my second stay at this apartment, as my first experience was outstanding. Once again, everything was perfect — exceptional cleanliness, great comfort, and excellent punctuality. For me, this is truly one of the best places to stay on Airbnb. George.

We had a wonderful and comfortable stay at Madona’s place. She was waiting for us when we arrived. It felt like visiting a family member. And where do I begin about her place! You think of a thing and it is there!! From towels to face towels all kept in order including extra pairs considering we were there for 4 nights. She had kept new bottles of coffee, toiletries etc. kitchen was also well stocked including spices, rice, pasta etc. for that just in case “eat at home” moment. The apartment was in a heritage building which had its own charm. Flat itself is very well done and much beautiful than in the pictures. The hero was of course the balcony where we had morning coffee and wine every evening. It is right in the heart of the old Tbilisi so you are just few steps away from all the sights. i loved her place so much that we can go on and on. Book it without a thought. Just bear in mind that you have to climb some 20’steps to access the flat. If its not an issue then this is the one

We stayed for two nights with Nino and Gocha. We are two families, and the kids were so entertained by the activity-filled yard that we hardly felt them around. They also took part in an art workshop with Gocha, which they loved. The place itself is truly unique—like living inside a modern art museum. We received wonderful recommendations from Nino that really helped us plan our time in the area. Highly recommended, and thank you so much!

Had a fantastic time. Place is at the forefront of old Tbilisi and all the places are accessible through walking. The place is big and can easily accommodate a nuclear family. Enjoyed our stay. Host Nana was very friendly and accessible

L’appartement est très agréable et parfaitement conforme à la description. Le balcon offre une belle vue sur la mer et les couchers de soleil. Il y a tout le nécessaire à l’intérieur. La literie est confortable. L’appartement se situe dans le bâtiment de l’hôtel courtyard Marriott et est très bien entretenu. Il y a aussi beaucoup de commerces et de restaurants à proximité.

Nice little apartment with a very responsive and positive host. We had bought a package deal to Georgia and the Best Western was included, but I decided to airbnb a place in walking distance to the lifts, I did not regret that decision. Only negative I have is, it is not the host or the apartments fault, the infrastructure provided by the municipality is not very pedestrian friendly.

Melkon est un très bon propriétaire, très réactif durant les 3 mois que j'ai passé dans son appartement. Il as toujours fait en sorte de répondre le plus rapidement possible à mes attentes. Le studio est beau et fonctionnel. Seul petit défaut, l'insonorisation du bâtiment laisse à désirer, à prendre des boul quies donc.

От меня честные 5 звезд! Отличнае квартира, полностью оборудованная для длительного проживания. Тепло, светло, шикарный вид с балкона, быстрый интернет :) Расположение хорошее (если не надо каждый день ездить в центр), до метро 10 минут пешком, рядом есть новый парк, ещё можно погулять по тбилисскому морю. Хозяйка - очень приятная и участливая девушка, говорит по-русски лучше, чем большинство моих русскоязычных знакомых, поэтому проблем с коммуникацией не будет :) При случае обязательно остановлюсь здесь ещё раз. Рекомендую!

Хорошие апартаменты. Чисто, хороший вид из окна, много полезных бытовых вещей которых обычно нет в номерах orbi.

Отличная, уютная и комфортная квартира в новом доме. Есть все для длительного проживания, включая хороший телевизор, холодильник, духовку, стиральную и посудомоечную машину. Рядом есть парковка, рестораны и несколько магазинов. Лион - прекрасный хозяин, помогал решить все вопросы. Большое спасибо!

This is a great spot to stay in Tbilisi! It's a studio with all you need for a short or long stay. The kitchen, although pretty small, was very functional! It has a washing machine too, and a rack to dry clothes. It also has a little table that can be used as desk. The place was very clean, and they changed the sheets once during our 10-day stay. I think the only down side is that even though there is a window, it's not very functional to open it for lack of privacy, but not a big deal for shorter stays. Also, the bathroom stays a little wet after showering, but it helps if you keep the dry setting in the AC. We loved the location, it has some great coffee spots nearby, highly recommend Coffee Lars just 10 min walk and Family Kitchen Tar Tun for your daily Kachapuri :) The hosts were very nice and responsive, and Tbilisi was such a fun place to visit! I would definitely stay again in this studio if I come back to Georgia!
