We do everything we can to make their stay as enjoyable as possible, and they show their appreciation by taking great care of the house. Beyond being a source of satisfaction for us, this also guarantees that you will find the villa in the condition you expect. Please do not hesitate to read our reviews. Brand-new luxury villa facing Cap Lardier, offering high-end amenities and beautifully designed interiors. Facing the sea, with no overlooking neighbours, in a peaceful setting, just 400 metres from the beach and local shops. The villa is fully air-conditioned and equipped with every modern comfort, including home automation, an espresso machine, an American-style fridge/freezer and a gas barbecue. It has been designed to comfortably accommodate 3 couples. The 5 bedrooms have been carefully decorated in an elegant ivory-white style: 3 king-size beds, 2 bunk beds with pull-out trundle beds, plus an additional single bed in one of the three double bedrooms. The floor plan is available among the photos. The 1,100 m² fully enclosed garden (including 600 m² of flat land) is beautifully landscaped and filled with flowers and Mediterranean plants: white oleanders, lavender, palm trees, mimosa and more. The swimming pool is professionally maintained on a weekly basis. Bed linen and bath towels are available upon request. The villa consists of a spacious 70 m² living room with an open-plan kitchen, 5 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and 4 toilets.
