The apartment is located in a residential building equipped with an elevator. As you enter, you’ll find a long built-in wardrobe — perfect for hanging coats and clothes, keeping the entrance neat and functional. Right after that, the space opens up into a bright living room and an open-plan kitchen, creating a warm and spacious atmosphere. The kitchen is fully equipped with cookware, utensils, and all the appliances you might need to prepare any meal, including a large fridge and freezer. The living area features a very large and comfortable sofa, ideal for relaxing, along with a TV for your entertainment. From the lounge area, you can access the balcony, furnished with a small table — the perfect spot to sit and enjoy some fresh air. If you prefer, there are several cafés and bars just downstairs where you can take a break and enjoy a good coffee. The sleeping area includes two bedrooms. The first is a comfortable double bedroom with a large bed, a chest of drawers, and a spacious wardrobe to store all your belongings, as well as a second TV for a bit of privacy and comfort. The second bedroom is a single room with a 90x190 cm bed and an additional pull-out bed (80x190 cm) — perfect for an extra guest. This room also includes a desk and direct access to a small private balcony, offering a quiet corner for reading or relaxing. Finally, for those who need a fifth bed, a foldable cot is available and can be set up in the living room. Baby cot (for children aged 0–3) available free of charge upon request.

Prestigious barn_ with a contemporary twist

This stylish place to stay is perfect for those who love design, nature and hiking. Immersed in the green hills of Friuli, near the Alpe Adria Cycle Route and other destinations of interest (see the guide). Every detail of the interiors has been designed with the utmost care, and with the love for architecture of the hosts. The barn has two floors of 60 sqm (120 sqm total): on the first floor the large and bright living area and on the ground floor the bedroom with bathroom. There is a private furnished garden.

The longer, milder days invite you to slow down, alternating between pleasant, rejuvenating walks along the blossoming ridges and moments of tranquility, watching the world come alive again from above.

Here you will find a relaxing and private atmosphere, with the possibility of reaching the city center with its clubs and restaurants in a few minutes on foot, by bicycle or by car.
