Such an awesome place for a staycation with family and friends! Very clean, great location with mountain view and the place is very safe and quiet. The care takers are accommodating and helpful! We'll definitely go back there for another staycation!

Emelita's place is good place if you want to stay for a short time or a long time. We stayed for almost 3 weeks and at first, this host didn't have all of the things we needed for a long stay. However, Emelita was quick to respond and she bought the things we needed to make our stay more enjoyable. She was very open to listen to and understand my American Custom. It seems that many if not most of the Filipinos drink instant coffee and for most Americans...instant is not acceptable. We needed a coffee pot and a few other things...since we planned on cooking most our meals. Thanks to a responsive and understanding host...Emelita's place is now equipped for travelers who wish to stay for longer periods. The only negative at this place..is that it is in a very lively community. For me...that was OK as I wanted to experience and learn about the culture. But if you are looking for something quieter and more peaceful, this may not be the best place. For us...it was perfect!

its our second time here and we loved it! Maricel's place is already our go to place everytime we come home from Singapore. Her place is very beautiful. She and her husband is very accommodating and very friendly. They always check on us if we are comfortable and if we need anything. Our stay was extraordinary. The rooms are hotel- like and were beautifully designed. The furnitures are modern and well-kept. It is a kid-friendly place with all the modern amenities that the kids and kids at heart will love. The game room is certainly what the kids would want to go back to. The furniture layout is perfect and is one that encourages bonding. The host is very responsive and accommodating. We would definitely recommend this place!

Maria’s place was amazing. My in-laws felt home and safe during their stay. Had a little hiccup during check in but they were very responsive and resolved it straightaway. Will definitely have their place as an option the next time I have someone staying in San Pablo.

We went a day after the Pahiyas Festival to avoid the crowd, yet get to see the beautiful houses with decors. The property has ample parking space within the gated property so it's safe and since the location is still within the town proper, we didn't have to bring our cars. Walking to the Church and around the town is not a problem. The kitchen is equipped enough for you to do basic cooking. If you need something that is not available at hand, like for us, the griller and the kitchen scissors, June will provide it at once. We even asked for some banana leaves from their backyard and they gave it to us for our impromptu boodle fight. The garden suite is very spacious and private. We barely noticed that there were other guests in the other units they have. It's very cozy and it feels like home.

This is an exceptional place. I slept really good there, maybe because of the nature sounds at night or because of the nice air. The house has its own energy/spirit, which makes the stay really unique. The Animals are soooo nice, I’ve enjoyed chilling with Gloria the Goat and the baby kitten:) The Dogs are also super nice, they’re really excited to see new people so don’t worry about their barking at the beginning! Yvette and Basil were giving me such a good feeling, so it didn’t feel like a usual “airbnb-stay”. It felt more like a place I could stay for a longer time period! I’ve also met some friends of Yvette, with who you can have meaningful and inspiriting conversations. Will come back!:)

I had a very comfortable stay at Shum's Transient Place. The room is very nice. It's huge! And the bathroom is very nice too. The location is very accessible and near establishments.

The place was in a great location—very accessible to all the areas we wanted to visit. There were convenience stores nearby, which made everything super easy. The host, Daniel, was incredibly responsive and kind throughout our stay. The place was clean and well-prepared when we arrived. Overall, it was a smooth and comfortable experience.

Place is nice, clean, spacious, and bright. It has everything you need for a quick staycation. The host is always quick to respond and very proactive in coordinating and giving instructions. Will surely go back! We loved our time here.

I had a very pleasant overnight stay. Wifi was good and was able to work. Slept well on the comfortable bed. The bathroom was clean. I wish I had tried the pool :-) beautiful garden made it extra special.

the host is so accommodating and allow us to have an early check in so we can have our boat ride before the actual check in time.. the host also assist us in booking a boat ride to pagsanjan falls.

The excellent customer service started as soon as we booked the place. Is the villa built like a 5-star hotel? Of course not but it's a lovely, modern home surrounded by nature. There are various types of bugs that fly in and out of the villa and you can't avoid them - live a little. The staff was so accommodating and helpful that it felt like a serviced residence rather than a short-term rental. There are a lot of restaurants in the area plus food delivery services so you won't go hungry should you decide to stay in and hang out by the pool or watch Netflix all day. The internet was fast and reliable and the rooms were sufficiently kept cold (not cool but cold in December) by the a/c. They provided everything we needed for a short 3-day stay.
