The cabin is uniquely built with high ceilings and is filled with antique farm equipment & taxidermy animals. We have a pond full of fish, nature trails, wildlife, gardens and the sunsets, rises and stars are incomparable. Hot tub, volleyball court, pool table, darts, board games and MORE for you to enjoy. Period furniture blended with modern amenities provide for a luxurious stay. Park directly outside your suite and private front entrance. Finger Lakes: Private Cottage on Lake

Full house on Lake; 3 min from the New York Chiropractic College; 10 min from the historical town of Seneca Falls, Montezuma National Wildlife Refuge, and nearby Finger Lakes wineries. You can swim right off the deck using the ladder (summer), fish, Kayak (2 available + life jackets). Beach and a boat ramp in Cayuga Lake State Park (2 min up the road). In the winter, cross-country ski and ice skating rings nearby (Geneva; Watkins Glen). New lock for easy check-in.

Skaneateles Carriage House Easy Walk to Village

Enjoy a spacious stay just walking distance to the village and lake! Upstairs unit sleeps 6 (2 bedrooms/1 bath/pull out couch). If you’d like to add-on the bottom unit (not rented to other groups simultaneously) please let me know… it sleeps an additional 2 guests with private entrance, bath, kitchen, desk & queen bed. Fair Haven White House

Newly renovated home with a nice bay view, covered back patio, large yard for games and campfires, and shared limited water access for relaxing by the water. We have now decided to stay open year-round. Welcome all who love the activities and beauty of our area during November to March. We are one of the few rentals that are pet-friendly (with a small extra cleaning fee) and also allow a single night stay.

Cyclists: You can ride directly onto our property from the Erie Canal Trail (ECT)! Located minutes from NYS 31, this modern restoration of an authentic 1850 canal home has plenty to offer to the road-weary wanderer. Situated on just under an acre of land, this historical property is diagonal to 50' of frontage of the original Erie canal. Come see our cornice brackets, restored scrollwork and much more.
