Holiday rentals with beach access in Cebu

We had a truly wonderful stay at this place! The location is perfect—just a 5-minute walk from the beach, which made every day feel like a true getaway. The hosts were incredibly proactive and accommodating, making sure we had everything we needed and more. A special shoutout to John, the caretaker, who went above and beyond. He picked us up and dropped us off at the port, and even gave us a mini tour of the area, which really helped us settle in quickly and enjoy our time to the fullest. The hospitality we received made this trip unforgettable. I would absolutely come back if I had the chance. Highly recommended!

ロケーションが良い。周辺にはリゾート向けのレストランや施設だけでなく、ローカルが集まるお店もあり楽しめる。バスセンターがありセブ本島へも便利。部屋は清潔でプールは快適。有料だが宿泊者ならプライベートビーチが利用できる点も良い。入室時タオル類が無かったのとセーフティボックスが動作しなかったが、連絡したらすぐに対応してくれました。

We had a great stay! The place was exactly as described and definitely worth the price. It was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. During our stay, there was a brownout and a temporary loss of internet connection, but the host was super responsive—kept us updated throughout and even provided some alternatives to help manage the situation. It really showed how much they care about their guests. We’d definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great-value stay with a reliable and helpful host.

Everything was great! Only thing that was disappointing was that I was not able to use the gym which I was looking forward to as many of the small hotels I visited traveling around Southern Cebu did not have a gym. There was a photo of the gym in the listing although it was not listed as an amenity I assumed (my fault) that it was available. It is only available to long term guests and residents. Regardless, it was a nice stay and really appreciated the washer that had a dryer function!

I had an amazing stay at this unit in Mactan Newtown! The space was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped for a beachside getaway. With three air conditioners, staying cool in the 30°C heat and humidity was never an issue. After long days at the beach, having a washing machine and drying rack in the unit was incredibly convenient. The kitchen was a great bonus too — perfect for prepping snacks and meals before heading out for the day. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a relaxing and hassle-free stay in Mactan!

Five stars! The place was better than expected. Absolutely gorgeous views and wonderful setting. The host, Roland was exceptional from beginning to end. Really really great, and cannot say enough wonderful things about this property. Everybody should visit this one!

Dom był otwarty od strony morza i posiadał piękny widok z pokoju. Miejsce o szczególnym klimacie, bardzo komfortowe i przestronne. Spokojna okolica, skuterem można podjechać do centrum. Obsługa bardzo serdeczna, szczególnie jedna z Pań którą nas przyjmowała była niebywale miła i pomocna. Pomimo drobnej usterki z WiFi, specjalnie dla nas został przywieziony przenośny router z kartą do internetu, co świadczy o dużym zaangażowaniu obsługi. Śniadania były pyszne i obfite. Wszystko to sprawia że chcielibyśmy tam wrócić.

If your new to the area and looking for a place that is safe and has good access to the beach, prince hyper market, restaurants, fitness gyms or church, this location is great! Can walk most places in 5 to 10 minutes. The host is great, very friendly and will assist you to help make your stay accommodating. The house is very clean and organized and the area isn't loud. Not many barking dogs or roosters!

Our stay was absolutely amazing! I’ll definitely be back and highly recommend it to friends and family. The place was spotless, and the locals were so friendly and helpful whenever we needed a hand. Theres really not much communication needed with Grace as the place looked just as advertised… and more! She gave clear instructions from getting there to check in, assistance and check out. The place was perfect. It was simple yet it provided all the basic necessities you would need to feel comfortable be it short or long stay. It is the perfect getaway place for someone looking for peace and privacy. Die Unterkunft ist ein absoluter Traum! Die Lage direkt am Meer, die offene Küche, die Zimmer und der Pool haben uns total geflashed. In der Umgebung gibt es ein paar süße Restaurants und wenig andere Touristen. Eine absolute Empfehlung für jeden, der ein tolles Strandhaus mit viel Ruhe möchte.

Ocean Luxx provided us a home away from home. The house was very clean. The gift basket was really nice and sweet. Loloy was very helpful in assisting us finding rides and anything that we needed. Complimentary shuttle service to and from the airport was great. My family enjoyed the karaoke machine. We also enjoyed the pool and the sunsets by the pool. Incredible property that didn't disappoint. Spacious with an unmatched view, very responsive and friendly hosts. Not much for restaurants around so you will have to travel if wanting to eat out but it's located near the middle of the island so great access to the mountains and experiences. lots of fisherman right on front of the house so you can go down and try some sea urchin! You will probably want to rent motorbikes as van rentals are pricey in that area and not sure how readily available Grab is. Can also your tricycles from Pangloa if you are a family.

Had a special birthday celebration for my dad's birthday. It was the perfect place for the event mini birthday getaway. Big house for a big family. Great entertainment and view. well kept and clean! Thank you so much Simala Beach House! Great time!

Great time staying here with my family! We were able to book ls fishing trip right off of the beach. The staff at the hotel is great!

This was my second trip to cebu , and Queno place is perfect if you want to be near everything. You can walk right across the street and you have everything from coffee cafes , Japanese food, chicken & beer , night club , dunkin donuts , breakfast lounge with a full bar and food menu, and at night it's a hookah lounge upstairs.

An amazing place in a fantastic location! It truly felt like staying in a hotel. I especially loved the keyless entry with coded locks, so convenient! There were some power interruptions, likely due to building maintenance, but overall, a great experience.

This is a recommended place to stay for those who want to enjoy a private and quiet resort for adults. Everything was as described. There were detailed and accurate instructions on how to get there from the airport and how to check in. There were plenty of towels and a gift of snacks in the room. The clean kitchen was spacious and well-equipped. The bed was also very comfortable. The resort staff were all friendly, and the area was very calm and quiet. The resort building is quite far from the entrance, so you need a taxi to get out. You can purchase a one-day pass at the resort for $1,800, but the maximum you can use for meals is $1,100, and breakfast was $1,000. There are not many fish on the compact private beach. If you want to enjoy the beach, I recommend joined an island hopping tour.

Easy 5 star. Had a comfortable stay and appreciated the snacks and water upon arrival. Everything functioned as expected, and the host is very responsive and helpful. Patrick checked in on us throughout the stay and made sure we got everything we needed.

Kelvin was a great host. Very responsive. Has a great apartment and super affordable for long stays. The only issue I had wasn’t Kelvin’s fault but the company that owns the condos charges a fee on the weekends to use the pool and then on mondays the pool is closed for cleaning so technically you only get 4 days to use the pool. the weekends definitely feel more like children from the neighborhood get to use the pool that don’t live at the condos the guards are usually on their phones or napping not paying attention unless you are a foreigner walking into the pool area and then they’ll ask you for money to use the pool.
