My house is located in Livorno, in the characteristic Antignano district, close to the center and a stone's throw from the beautiful coves of the Lungomare, perfect for a dip and sunbathing. Ideal base for discovering the treasures of our city and the famous Tuscan art cities. You can enjoy our sea and cuisine based on fresh fish. Coffee, tea, herbal teas, milk and cookies are offered. The quiet and picturesque neighborhood is a 10-minute drive or 20-minute bike ride from the Center.

The accommodation is a stone's throw from the sea in the heart of Viareggio promenade. It consists of a double bedroom, kitchenette, living room, bathroom with shower. It is on the second floor of a house with no elevator. The place is equipped with wifi and smart TV. On the fourth floor you will find a large common terrace overlooking the sea, with a relaxation area and tables for outdoor lunches and dinners.
