We came prepared to make food and beverages for a grandchild’s graduation. Kitchen was well stocked and I didn’t need most of my gear. Kitchen and bathroom linens were stocked and ready to go! Even beach towels if you wanted to go to the pool. Very nice and comfortable little home. All on one floor good for those who have limited mobility. We couldn’t be more pleased for what we needed. The fire pit and outdoor furniture was a bonus area for the guys who didn’t want to hang out with the cooks!

Spacious home set on an acreage with a pool

Our family had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb! You can tell it was once a Treasured home of the owner and they are very gracious to share it with people who need a large space near Iowa city! We could easily sleep our party of 11 with the bed configurations available and everyone had the privacy they needed. There are multiple living spaces off a very centralized kitchen, which makes for great space to be together but also have some personal space. The pool table and game room was so much fun and the pool and hot tub were such great amenities. We were able to park four cars without blocking anyone and it is a quick drive into Iowa city, probably about 12 to 15 minutes… seems to be halfway between the Cedar Rapids Airport, and Iowa city itself. For graduation weekend staying here was more affordable and more comfortable than 3 to 4 hotel rooms by far! Which would’ve been more expensive. So overall, a wonderful value.

Wooded pool side cabin getaway.

Enjoy a memorable visit when you stay in this unique place. A poolside cabin with a hot tub, outside bar with hibachi and gas fireplace. There is a bar and grill on the property as well as ski boat, jet ski and pontoon rentals available. Situated within a mile of the reservoir and boat launches we are nestled in the woods for a very secluded getaway. You will be a mile from all that North Liberty has to offer. My family and I do live across the pool deck from the cabins. Pool closed Nov.-Ap

My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, families up to 5.. I keep it small because I dont want big crazy parties.. its 36 miles from Kinnick stadium and 19 mile from down town cedar rapids and cedrel supper club is 7 mins away. Also 2 golf courses each 25 mins away.. Im right off the paved road .My place is also pet friendly with a large outside kennel and one smaller one inside.. it also has a washer drye, smoker, grill and a flat griddle if u like to cook breakfest..its perfect..
