We were able to enjoy relaxing days in your wonderful, rustic house, right on the lake. We especially liked that there was a toilet on each floor and mosquito nets on each window. Giulia was very friendly and available at all times... Thank you 👍

The house is very quiet and rocked by the sound of the river. The excellent bedding contributes to the restful nights we spent in the rooms with a superb view. The impeccable and spacious garden, the barbecue and the tavern won us over. We had an amazing stay! Thank you Fabrizio!

We had a fantastic experience staying at Lidia's place in Lake Como. The home was charming, spotless, and had everything we needed for a comfortable and peaceful stay. The views of the lake were absolutely breathtaking—waking up to that scenery was a highlight of our trip! Lidia was kind and welcoming, offering great recommendations for local restaurants, ferry routes, and places to explore around the lake. Their hospitality made us feel right at home. This was truly one of the most beautiful places we’ve stayed, and we would return in a heartbeat. Thank you for making our Lake Como trip so special!

Beautiful accommodation, easily accessible in a quiet environment. Restaurants and grocery store also within walking distance. Value for money just great. Highly recommended for motorcyclists, as there was a garage with plenty of space and the accommodation has a self check-in.

Elena is really responsive and friendly. The house is spacious, very well equipped and nice. BBQ grill, view and hot tub everything comes together for a great stay. We are 100% satisfied

The accommodation is as shown in the pictures. You have everything you need. The kitchen was also equipped with spices and oil. We enjoyed the time and especially the great view. Approximately 10-15 minutes' walk from the accommodation, there is access to the lake. However, bathing shoes are an advantage here. Since we had a large car, it was difficult for us to get in or out of the parking lot. It is not possible to turn around here. Unfortunately, this was also very muddy due to water. We usually parked a little further down in the paid parking spaces. That was a much more comfortable solution. Simona really did a great job and was always available to us. She also gave us great tips on what to do in the area. She always helped immediately with problems and questions.

We enjoyed this house very much. The house corresponds to the description and the photos. It is very comfortable. The equipment is basic but everything very tasteful and likeable. The kitchen is small but has everything you need. You definitely feel comfortable in the house! The terrace is special with its views of the lake and surrounding mountains. You can also be well in the garden, which is also completely fenced, which was great for our dog. The village of Sueglio is beautiful, the inhabitants are very friendly. You can also take some nice walks in the area on foot, but everything is on the slope, it's always uphill! It takes about 15-20 minutes by car down to the lake to Dervio. Walking is not really possible because of the height difference. Unfortunately, we did not meet Resy and Luciana personally. However, they responded to all our questions by email and also gave themselves good tips during our stay.

This was such a beautiful stay. Wish we could have stayed longer .

Beautiful villa in Varenna. Very close to ferry dock and short walk from train station. Awesome views and short walk to town center with restaurants. Very comfortable for family of 5. Host was very responsive. Would definetly stay there again.

Unforgettable stay on Lake Como. Silvio is an extremely attentive and available host. Her house is charming, tastefully decorated and furnished, very bright and very well equipped, we did not lack anything. There are lovely hikes to do from the house. There is a path to walk down to the center of the village and even if the return was very steep it was nice not to take our car. Despite the heat we enjoyed the coolness of the house when we came back. The view of the lake is absolutely beautiful, even more beautiful than in the photos. We highly recommend Villa Nanchetta.

What an absolutely beautiful location and home right along the shore of Lake Como. We were blown away by the hospitality of the hosts from Iwona meeting us and the stocked refrigerator. Iwona gave us recommendations for places to eat in the area and was very helpful our entire stay. We were there off season so the weather wasn’t as pristine but the location and views made up for it. The home is very unique with plenty of space. It was very comfortable. We would absolutely recommend staying here if you are planning a trip to Lake Como and hope to visit again during the summer so we can enjoy all of the amenities!

Roberta’s home is amazing. It is close to the lake and the town, and yet peaceful. You’ll feel right at home here.

The house looks good like on a picture. When we checked in , it was not cleaned up after previous guests, bus Susanne was responsive and organize quickly a cleaning lady and refund us cleaning fee . I’m satisfy with a stay. The only minus that you can’t park right in front of the house, might be uncomfortable if you carrying heavy things. I would definitely recommend this place to stay.

We were seven adults with two dogs in Erika's house and felt very comfortable. The garden is completely fenced so that the dogs could run freely. Two cars fit in the driveway without problems - and with the location of the house you can reach almost everything on foot. Erika is super nice and helpful. She immediately made us feel welcome! The house has everything you need. The beds "in the children's room" may be a little too small for big Nordics :D But otherwise we enjoyed the stay all in all and would be happy to come back. All the best for the season!

We were 6 people with 2 dogs and spent very relaxing and relaxing days in the Villa Erica. The house is located on a very spacious property with its own pool and an outdoor kitchen right next to it. The lake can also be reached on foot from the property via a short forest path. We felt very comfortable and both Stefania and Luca the owners were very friendly and helpful. We will be happy to come back!

Very nice house in Colico, very well equipped, the 2 gardens and the pool are a plus! Conveniently located a 20min walk from the Lake. Francesca was very welcoming and very receptive to our messages! Thank you again for this stay, to be recommended!!

Fantastic location to enjoy the como beaches and activities and restaurants and town of Colico Villa itself is fantastic to relax with great outdoor seating and pool area (which was lovely to cool off from the sun but still a nice ~20/22 degrees)

We had a fantastic week’s stay in the Villa. The outdoor area are even better in person than they were in the pictures. It is set in a brilliant location, where we could get to the ferry station with a 20 minute walk. Stefania was a wonderful host. They checked in to make sure everything was ok and responded very promptly if we had any questions. Would highly recommend

An all-round successful stay! The host was super friendly and flexible – we were even able to check in earlier, which was very accommodating. The place was just as described: very clean, well equipped and cozy. Everything went smoothly - from check-in to the stay to the uncomplicated check-out. We spent a lovely weekend here with the kids and some friends. We love Colico and this is a great spot to enjoy it from , though to note you need a car to avoid long hot walks.
