You will enjoy your private space with a separate entrance. Friendly chickens and cat might pay you a visit. Feel free to play the piano or borrow our bikes during your stay. Follow the track that only locals know and enjoy some of the finest caffeine in town, all within walking distance of this light filled, calm and unique space. The guesthouse has a loft bedroom with a queen bed, air conditioning and a skylight directly above head. The high ceilings and open living space features a generous ensuite and a modest kitchenette.

The Art Studio - Avoca

Originally designed as an art studio, and later repurposed as a bnb, this unique sanctuary is set amongst rainforest gardens, with a gentle water feature, mosaic amphitheatre, fire pit and patio area. The stained glass windows speak of times gone by - reflecting the golden afternoon light that comes streaming through the coloured glass. Please be aware that this property is on a slope and there are steps, so it is not suitable for elderly.
