Beachfront holiday rental in Central Eleuthera

we stayed in the sunset apartment. the windows face the forest. it was very comfortable. we describe it as beach rustic. Doon, Taja's mom, who runs the Airbnb, was very helpful and available for questions and recommendations.

This place is absolutely stunning. The owner is incredibly friendly, the rooms are spotless and well-equipped, and the beach is right in front of the apartments. There are also beautiful cabanas overlooking the ocean, which made for the perfect spot to relax and watch the sunrise. What we loved most, though, was how peaceful and remote the location is - there are very few tourists in the area. We often walked along the beach for an hour without seeing another person.

Paradise! Everything you ever imagined. House was perfect and the beach was amazing. We hardly saw anyone. There are two restaurants 5 minutes away Local grocery store and shopping 15 minutes away in Governor’s Harbor. Definitely take advantage of some excursions to really appreciate everything the island offers. We can’t wait to plan our next visit👍

We had an absolutely perfect stay at Gena’s beach cottage on the beach! It was ideal for our small family—cozy, well-equipped, and exactly as described and pictured. The location is unbeatable. We practically had the entire beach to ourselves, and the view was simply stunning. One of the highlights for our son was finding over 80 sand dollars right out front—pure magic. Communication with Gena was seamless from start to finish. We couldn’t have asked for a better spot. Highly recommend and would return!

we absolutely LOVED this place and the peacefulness of eleuthera! our home felt safe and comfortable and nothing can beat the beautiful beach steps away in the backyard. the kitchen had everything we needed to make any meal we wanted which is essential for secluded island living. we will 100% be coming back here again and going through Eleuthera Vacation Rentals again!

This was our first trip to Eleuthera. We wanted to explore central and south Eleuthera with a house away from crowds. Exploring and connecting with the location we travel to is always a priority to us. The Round House was perfect. We only ate out twice, using the kitchen (except oven) to prepare our meals. In the evenings we relaxed inside with all the windows open listening to the Atlantic and always comfortable with the breeze. The beautiful landscape around the house makes it so easy to fall completely into the island experience. We had a fantastic 7 night vacay. Taja and Doon helped make that happen. We enjoyed visiting with locals on the island. The absolute nicest people!

Their property is immaculate and and very private. Best beach in all of Eleuthera.

We loved our time at this cozy villa in Eleuthera! It's a bit old. Tucked away in nature, it's perfect for a peaceful family getaway. Highly recommend for nature and beach lovers!

Had a fantastic week long stay!!! Rented a car (M&W Johnson's Car Rental)and explored the island. Great place to be to go explore everything. Also best place to be was where we were. The restaurants and beaches closest to us were our favorite places. {i.e…. Pascals(say hi to Sammy), Tippy’s, Buccaneers Club, 1648(say hi to Kelly), The Deck, please visit Fish Fry Fridays} That being said….. the house was amazing. Pool with a waterfall was so refreshing and nice to relax in. The garden areas are so lovely. Spent a lot of time looking out the windows and the surrounding nature. Inside was clean and inviting from walking in to leaving on the last day. Cool and comfortable everywhere in the house and a great kitchen set up. We slept so comfortably every night.

Centrally located on one of the most beautiful beaches on the island. great snorkeling right out the door; fun body surfing; kayaks and a paddleboard available for use. Shade structure on the beach with lounge chairs. short walk to tippy‘s, and the Potlatch club and a slightly longer walk to Bouganvillia. nearest airport is governor’s harbor. The house has two comfortable bedrooms. The kitchen has good pots and pans/sharp knives but is not terrific for baking or fancy cooking. There is a small blender and a toaster as well as a nice gas grill. You will have to buy supplies that you need for cooking. Bring bug repellent as the no-seeums are fierce all over the island. We had a few minor issues during our stay and found the caretaker, rental agency and owner to be responsive and completely reasonable. Good scuba diving is an hours drive north or south Beat surfing 40 minutes north. Don’t recommend third BR as it is a bit mildewy and does not have Internet. Lovely overall

pictures don't do it justice. Sand was white and powdery, felt like flour. Beautiful beach. Nobody on it, ever. 4 miles of nothing which I loved. Snorkeling was average in the bay. House had snorkels and masks, paddle board and kayak, which we never took out. Locals will drop off whatever you need and do any tours you want. House is 1:45mins from the north where you have to ferry to an island to swim with the pigs, so we skipped that. I'm certain there is good snorkeling elsewhere on the island. We went south to Jacks Bay and got a tour of the Nicholas championship golf course and tiger woods course. Windemeyer was good, gated community. Food there is very average but the pickleball courts were great and everyone everywhere is so friendly. House had 5 bedrooms, 5 bath. The 5th bedroom was really small, fit 1 comfortably, but we didn't need it. A few restaurants are closed. Clothes washer didn't work (didn't spin the clothes). Overall, Awesome. Get fresh fish delivered

It's hard to describe Paradise, but if I had to picture what it would be like it would be Cayo Loco! The beach and the water were the prettiest I have ever seen (and I have lived in Hawaii). You can walk for miles and not see anyone. To me there is nothing better than sleeping with the windows open and having the sound of the ocean waves lull you to sleep. Plenty of great things to do and wonderful places to eat. Our host would give us updates everyday with suggestions which was so helpful! They went above and beyond to make our stay the best it could be. Other than the amazing beaches, the most memorable experiences we had were with the people of Eleuthera. The culture there is to be welcoming, kind and considerate to everyone. They truly love and respect their island and want you to feel at home there. We can't wait to return and hope to stay longer this time.

I could not have asked for a better place to stay in!! This was perfect for our little family with our 10 month old baby. The view was spectacular and it was so convenient walking down to the beach everyday with our girl! The kayaks supplied were so fun! My husband and I took turns while we watched the baby on the shore. Such a great location too! Felt super safe! Next to great restaurants (Tippy’s and La Bounganvillea). Hewitt the property manager on site was so sweet. And dealing with Pam was amazing. Her communication was impeccable and she was so patient with us and All our questions. The house itself was beautiful and so comfortable. Book it! You won’t find a better place or property management team!!!!

the Beach House is something special. Lots of room and beautifully appointed. French Leave Beach is pristine. If we met someone on the beach it was unusual. A special feature for a naturalist guest was all the lizards and the Cuban Tree Frogs. On our last night, a night Heron came to visit the pool, a very special treat. we had a wonderful time. Close to everything.

Can’t say enough about Cayo Loco. The views from the patio are astonishing. Anna and Jeremy were extremely accommodating and made us feel very comfortable right off the bat. Any time we had a question our host or Anna was available to help us. We honestly could’ve spent several days just exploring the coastline right at the cottage if we didn’t venture out to see more of the island. Highly recommend Cayo Loco and will hopefully return soon!

Amazing trip. Perfect for our family of 6 plus two grandparents. Beach is amazing for families. Beach is essentially private and has areas for waves, a gentle pool area surrounded by rocks, and great snorkeling. The beach was so nice we hardly used the pool. Kitchen is very well stocked. Driving to town for food took about 15 minutes but worth the distance for the location. Would definitely go back if we get the chance.

Listening the Caribbean from roesmary’s was divine. I was needing a simple, place as base camp for a surf trip and this was perfect. I enjoyed meeting my hosts for check in and overall had a lovely experience.

Trident Cottage was the perfect home base for our week in Eleuthera. The property is stunning, with a jacuzzi overlooking the beach that quickly became our favorite spot. Mornings started with peaceful beach walks—just steps away—and relaxing soaks in the hot tub. The cottage was spotless, with comfortable beds and a well-equipped kitchen. We loved visiting the nearby farmers’ market daily for fresh fruits, vegetables, and homemade bread to cook our meals. The beach was quiet and private, making it feel like our own little paradise. The management team and groundskeeper, Wallace, were incredibly helpful and responsive. If we return to Eleuthera, we’d stay here again without hesitation. Highly recommend!

This place is absolutely fantastic. The garden has access to a gorgeous beach which is basically deserted any time of the day. The house is big and very comfy. The only thing missing is a washing machine for the clothes (which can be a bit complicated especially when you travel with a baby) Otherwise our 2 weeks stay have been a dream and Rick has been really reactive to any questions we had. Another great thing is a big notebook with all the tips and adresses at disposal in the house. You have everything in it and certainly don’t need anything else to explore the island.

This was the perfect little white house for a couple looking to get away. Right on the beach, and close both Bachus and Tippys. The kitchen was well stocked, with a full sized fridge and stove. It even had a large coffee maker, instead of the usual kureg. I was impressed. The linens and towels were clean and plush. The living area was comfortable, with a sofa suitable for an afternoon nap. I really was a great get-away place. Not to large, but large enough.

We spent a week at Sunnyside and had a wonderful visit. The house is cozy (perfect for 2 or 4) with living and dining areas upstairs and view as pictured. We enjoyed the protected Savannah Sound for kayaking and fishing and the beach on the Atlantic side (1/4 mile away by bike) for long beach walks at low tide. Both sides of the island are stunningly beautiful. The weather was gorgeous and the water temp a delight. We ate dinner's most nights at the Windemere Club ( a mile or so up the road) and had simple breakfasts and lunches at the house. There are tennis and paddle courts up the road a mile or so but we never quite got there because the water, beach and comforts of home were too distracting. We did have a power outage which the hosts responded to quickly (generator). The hosts were helpful and prompt with all communications and questions. This is a very special place and I would love to return next year.

We had a perfect stay with a perfect view. We enjoyed snorkeling, a bonfire, sight seeing. Spencer provided transportation to and from the airport. Rosie and Spencer are perfect hosts and very attentive and helpful. We fell in love with them.

If your looking to get away this is the place. Absolutely stunning views on a super secluded beach. Fantastic snorkeling right in front of the house in crystal clear water. The house is great with lots of windows. Book it!

Pebbles is in a beautiful location and has a great, almost private, beach! The place is simple but comfortable and clean. Eleuthera is a beautiful island and Pebbles is in a great location. We were off season so many restaurants and shops were closed. Just keep it in mind if you need to be out for dinner every night. We scored at the fish market so enjoyed our fresh fish every night. An awesome stay!!!! Thanks Eleuthera Rentals!
