The charming, stand-alone cottage is situated in front of the main house on South Beach Estate (not rented). Availability is subject to when the owner is not in residence. Welcome to Tipsy Palm Villa, a modern 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom 1200 sq. ft. bungalow on Ten Bay residential road, near the Caribbean-facing side of Eleuthera. It is a 2 minute walk to Ten Bay Beach, across a road and down a beach path. Tipsy Palm is a 30 min. drive from GHB or RSD airports. From ELH airport, it is a 1 hour 20 min. drive. Newly installed generator. Please note the house is uses cistern (rain) water. We kindly ask that guests please conserve water.
