The villa, fully renovated inside and outside, sits on a unique private beach leading to the beautiful shallow Bay. Ten Bay is located in central Eleuthera on the Caribbean side of the island, close to Palmetto Point. It is excellent for swimming, kayaking, and snorkeling. The water is calm and shallow with a clean sandy bottom. The beach is protected from rough waves and is well known for its clear water, which is excellent for children with a clean sandy bottom and shallow for a long way out.

Originally built in 1828, Culmer Cottage was restored into a modern sea side home. It is close to groceries, restaurants, and the fishing dock. Its central location on the island permits easy access north or south. My cottage is fully equipped including beach towels and chairs, and a full kitchen. Ceiling fans in all rooms. Both bedrooms are air conditioned. Tarpum Bay is safe and quaint. By choosing to rent in a settlement, you will interact with some of the world's most friendly people.

Super clean 3 bedroom home is ready for your Bahamian experience! Fully furnished with washer and dryer in back. Walk to restaurants, grocery stores, and the beach. The local fisherman sell their catch on the dock. Large beach on the bayfront to swim in with flat clear water. Enjoy the culture and pristine nature that surround you in this great place to stay!

The only way that you could get any closer to the beautiful pristine waters of The Bahamas was if you were to take a swim. The gorgeous oceanfront villa is just steps away from the ocean and is everything that you need for a peaceful, private and relaxing vacation. The home is new construction and has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and is complete with outdoor beach furniture as well. Visiting this unique and tranquil getaway is a must. * Please note that there is construction going on next door.

Eleuthera has over 100 beaches for you to explore. The closest, Pau Pau, is 1.4 miles away and famous Ten Bay is 4 miles away. The closest town, Governor's Harbour is 8 miles away with plenty of grocery stores and restaurants. The Governor's Harbour Airport is 12 miles away. You’ll love my place because of the gorgeous view and the expansive back deck with a heated salt water infinity pool that is perfect for watching sunsets. The swimming and snorkeling are great off the back of the house.

This home is family oriented and 5 minutes car ride from the Island's Central of Governors where you will find grocery stores, Fuel Stations and restaurants and bars. Enjoy near by beaches i.e Twin Coves which is a 15 minute walk/5 minutes car ride while staying at Poseidon's Castle. We do provide snorkel gear and beach towels.

This 7 acre beach front estate has a world class pink sand beach on the property. It is easily accessed with a beach buggy (golf cart). The courtyard has a heated pool (winter) . Kayaks, standup paddle board and beach supplies are provided. There is dining nearby at Tippy's a popular island restaurant. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, families (with kids), and big groups.
