New house in the countryside

The detached house is located in a quiet environment by the pond. It is suitable for 4 to 6 people. The building has two separate bedrooms, a living room, a fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom with a shower. The house is ideal for families with children, couples and groups of friends. There are forests, meadows and a water area nearby. The location is suitable for walking, cycling and relaxation. Nearby there is a small zoo, a farm with domestic animals and there is also the possibility of fishing in the adjacent pond.

Treehouse Úlovice

Wellness stay/glamping in the treetops. Cozy, comfortable and fully equipped Treehouse Úlovice is located in the picturesque nature park Džbán above a small village. It is built on a slope on massive beeches and hornbeams, which provide a solid foundation for both the residential part and the large terrace. There are only 6 steps to the Treehouse, but the terrace is about 7 meters high. You can get here by forest road. Parking is provided for free for guests and then you will have only 350 meters to the house.

Antoniów House: Izera Mountains

A tiny village in the Jizera Mountains (600 m above sea level). This is not a commercial place! For those who want to stay close to nature and relax away from the crowds and commercial tourism. A quiet, non-touristy place in the Jizera Mountains - perfect for a peaceful stay in nature. Close to hiking and mountain trails. Even during the season, it is quiet and peaceful. Direct access to hiking trails - quiet even during peak season. Antoniów is also a base for popular mountain resorts in the region.

Beautiful Dog Friendly Apartment, Parking, Garden

Luxury cubist villa apartment in a quiet green residential area. The fully original furnished flat with a private entrance has an area of 75 m². Secure parking in front of the house. Big beautiful garden. Kitchen (full equipped), bedroom for 2 people (bed for babies is available), living room (we can arrange a mattress for third person, ideally a child or a teenager), bathroom with bath and shower (bathrobes are included). Washing machine and dryer. Dogs are welcome for a fee of 10 EUR/day.

THE VILLAGE - Como Lake

The VILLAGE consists of three ancient and luxurious houses, dating back to the 1600s. They are all independent houses. One is the home of the only couple of guests, one is the home of the owners and the last is the holistic massage studio. The garden, swimming pool, hot tub, infrared sauna and woods are for the exclusive use of the two guests only. All surrounded by nature. Luca and Marina live in the VILLAGE, but do not use the amenities. The property is not suitable for children.

The former village church is located in a 1,600 square meter property in the middle of the village of Erbshausen-Sulzwiesen. Surrounded on all sides, it is an ideal retreat without being "out of this world." From the village of Mislinja, you ascend slightly to the homestead along a 1 km private macadam road. In the surrounding area you can walk through the mighty Pohorje forests and plains, cycle along countless forest roads and paths, climb in the nearby granite climbing area, explore the karst caves Hude luknje or relax in the local natural pool.

This penthouse has a fantastic view as the windows overlook the lake, right in front of Villa Pliniana. The apartment is part of an old, renovated late 19th century villa.
