Since fall 2019, the cottage has been shining above Flims at 1500 meters above sea level. During construction, great attention was paid to quality, regionality and above all longevity, as well as attention to detail – these are the ingredients that make our cottage so unique! Sleeping in a tree, literally sleeping among the branches, is an indescribable experience.

In the idyllic village Königshagen you will find our beautifully restored half-timbered farmhouse. The village is beautifully situated at 360 meters above sea level, right on the edge of the vast Habichtswald. Ideal for walking and tranquility.   The house is very luxurious: three saunas, two bathrooms, pool table and much more! There’s lots to do in the area. Especially around the Nationalpark Kellerwald-Edersee.

Wake up in a hut built with wood from our forest, in an idyllic location. In the morning, from your warm bed, you can gaze through the panoramic glass, and admire the magnificent view of the Kamnik-Savinja Alps. In the hut is one double bed with a pull-out extra bed, small kitchen with fridge, outdoor terrace with deck chair. Every hut has its own bathroom in the immediate vicinity (15m-30m).

Houseboat on the Moselle

From December to the end of February, the houseboat is located in the harbor basin, as shown in the first two pictures. Unique accommodation on the Moselle. The houseboat is located on the outer quay, with a direct view of the water. Spoiled by the sun all day. It has a double bedroom, bathroom with shower, kitchen-living room and terrace. On the roof there is another sun terrace.

The Castle is located in a quiet country village 15 minutes from Treviso and 30 minutes from Venice, 30 km from the beaches and served by public transport. Inside, there's a winery that sells locally produced wines.
