The proximity of nature, forest sounds, views and smells, and the simplicity, walks, morning coffee on the terrace and evening bonfire are the advantages of this place.

The vacation home "Strickerl" is located in one of the most beautiful hiking areas in the world, in the Salzkammergut. We are located at an altitude of approx. 880 meters, which makes our guests immediately feel the alpine feeling. With us you have the opportunity to enjoy relaxation & the Austrian idyll. haaziko, the forest cabin in the Danube Bend

The haaziko lodge is located by the forest at the Pilis mountains in a relaxed and peaceful environment. It can be reached from Budapest in an hour. We recommend the haaziko experience to the ones who like to spend time in the nature and want to listen to birds singing in the morning. Our lodge is ready to welcome it's first guest from May 2022 onwards. The lodge has an 80 square meter terrace where you can enjoy the view and the sun or take a sneak peak to the squirrels jumping between trees.

Ski slopes and thermal baths can be reached in around 30 minutes by car.

The house is located about 15 / 20 minutes by car from some of the areas finest ski resorts like Mellau / Damüls, about 35 / 40 minutes to Austrias best and largest ski destination, the Arlberg, which is connected via Schröcken / Warth by direct cable car connection.
