The ®Hoam House is a chalet of a special kind. With its loft-style design, it's a great place to unwind and relax. Our highlight: a heated pool that is used as a hot tub in winter – with panoramic views of the Alps and close to Graz. Whether it’s a getaway for relaxation or a city break, you’ll find everything your heart desires here. The living space offers 2+2 beds (including Comfortable sofa). Right next door is the gym, which is shared with Schmoltis Chalet. Our alpacas are also looking forward to seeing you soon!

La Salute Luxury Apartment

Luxury apartment with private terrace and beautiful views, just a few steps from the Chiesa della Salute. One week before arrival, you will be asked to provide the ID of one guest, along with payment of the cleaning fee (€50 for the group) and the accommodation tax. Your data will only be shared with the Police and the Municipality. Elevators are rare in Venice: there are around 50 steps, but they aren't too steep. The apartment is located inside Palazzo Chizzola, a 16th century residence in the historic center. The house allows guests to spend pleasant stays immersed in an atmosphere of times gone by. The representative spaces give the possibility of transforming the house into a "business lounge" both for on-site meetings and for video calls. The house is located a few steps from places of historical and artistic interest such as Teatro Grande e Sociale, Pinacoteca, Museo Santa Giulia, Duomo.

THE VILLAGE - Como Lake

The VILLAGE consists of three ancient and luxurious houses, dating back to the 1600s. They are all independent houses. One is the home of the only couple of guests, one is the home of the owners and the last is the holistic massage studio. The garden, swimming pool, hot tub, infrared sauna and woods are for the exclusive use of the two guests only. All surrounded by nature. Luca and Marina live in the VILLAGE, but do not use the amenities. The property is not suitable for children.

A modern cottage located in the forest offers ideal conditions for relaxation in nature. Designed in a minimalist style, with large glazing, providing beautiful views of the forest. The cottage is equipped with all the necessary amenities, such as a fireplace, a fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom. Outside, there is a terrace with a barbecue area and a forest where you can relax and observe wildlife. It is the perfect place for people looking for peace and closeness to nature.

Apartment Gabrijel is situated at a peaceful location in an unspoilt nature, away from the city hustle and bustle. Here, you can enjoy the peace, quiet and fresh air. The Jezernica creek, which flows past the house, creates a pleasant babbling sound. The small kitchen is spacious enough for you to prepare homemade teas and proper Slovenian coffee. Making yourself one of these drinks, you can relax on a lovely terrace with a view of the neighbouring pasture where horses graze.

A small "Sweden house," right on the lake and in the middle of Germany. Bright – natural and Scandinavian – minimalist furnishings. Unique lake view from bed, right on the water, with sauna and surrounded by greenery. A lovely place for two people. The house is part of a small tiny house vacation resort (five houses). The other cottages can also be booked through Airbnb. The house is easily accessible by train, Hämelerwald train station is only a 15-minute walk.
