A-side of villa located at Himos. A calm location by the shore. In the summer, dive into the lake from the sauna, and in the winter, you can go skiing on the ice of Patalahti. The entrance floor features a large open-plan kitchen, living room, a WC and two bedrooms. Upstairs, there is a lounge area, a bedroom and a sleeping alcove plus WC. The lowest level has a bedroom, and sauna facilities. The backyard has a hot tub (separate reservation). The shore area includes a dock and a BBQ shelter.

2024 valmistunut 4hlön saunamökki upean kosken varrella. Rauhoittavat koskimaisemat takaavat rentouttavan vierailun Koskenrannan Helmessä. Mökki soveltuu hyvin rentoutumiseen, kalastamiseen tai vaikka veneilyyn. Beautiful holiday home by the lake

This beautiful holiday villa is located in middle of Finland 58km from Jyväskylä. The downstairs apartment of this semi-detached house is all in your use with the big garden area and the beach. My dad lives in the separate upstairs apartment and will help you if needed but you also have full privacy. The popular national park of Konnevesi and the best fishing possibilities in southern Finland are just nearby. You can rent the outside jacuzzi and summer time the beach house separately.

Villa Salmi, 10 hlön huvila, 10 km Himokselta

Vuokrataan Villa Salmea Jämsän Jokisuulta Päijänne järvi näkymin. Rauhallinen sijainti. Nukkumapaikat 10 hlö:lle. Kohteessa kaikki perusmukavuudet lisäksi sauna, kylpytynnyri, iso katettu terassi, kuivauskaappi, viinikaappi, kattava astiasto ja kaasugrilli. Etäisyys Himokselle 10 km ja etäisyys järvelle 300 metriä. Varaus pitää sisällään liinavaatteet, pyyhkeet ja kylpytynnyrin käytön ilman lisämaksua. Tule fiilistelemään syksyä Karstulaan! Pieni viihtyisä mökki odottaa sinua. Nukkumapaikkoja 4 hengelle: levitettävä vuodesohva kahdelle (140cm levitettynä) alhaalla ja ylhäällä parvella patjat 2 hengelle. Liinavaatteet ja pyyhkeet lisämaksusta. Terassilla aina lämmin poreallas. Mökistä löydät kaikki tarvittavat: sisä-wc ja suihku, sähkösauna, keittiössä jääkaappi + mikro + hella, ilmalämpöpumppu. Kävelymatkan päässä Karstulan kaupat ja ravintolat.

Riihikarhu B (85m2)

Riihikarhu B sijaitsee riihivuoren huipulla laskettelukeskuksen lähettyvillä. Noin 20 minuutin ajomatkan päässä Jyväskylän keskustasta. Riihikarhu B on vuonna 2023 valmistunut paritalon puolikas. Sen ainutlaatuinen sijainti ja sen kauniit maisemat luovat majoituksestasi unohtumattoman kokemuksen. Laadukas kylpyhuone, ulkoporeallas sekä mökin oleskelutilojen suuret ikkunat sekä huonekorkeudet ovat elementtejä, jotka takaa erityisen kokemuksen.

A perfect retreat for those who appreciate peace, nature, and relaxing holidays. The cottage is situated high on a hillside, with sunny terraces that receive light from the lake side all day—from morning until evening The yard features a total of approximately 200 square meters of terrace space, spread across five different levels following the hillside’s natural contours. Each terrace offers its own unique and stunning view of the lake.

Vuokralle tulee juuri valmistunut talviasuttava sähköistetty loma-asunto, kauniissa järven poukamassa jonne paistaa ilta-aurinko. Vasta tehty uusi ranta hiekkapohjalla sekä remontoitu rantasauna paljuineen löytyy myös rannalta. Paikka sijaitsee Kärkkäälässä, liesveden rannassa. Hankasalmen ja Konneveden rajoilla. Jyväskylä noin 70km päässä, Kuopioon 120km. Hankasalmelle matkaa noin 25km ja Konneveden keskustaan n.15km.
