Waterfront holiday rentals in Central Finland

We enjoyed the quiet at Henna’s place, just outside the city center of Jyvaskyla. We loved taking a sauna and swimming in the lake. We also enjoyed the lawn games provided. The apartment is a bit outside of the city center where the restaurants are located, but we found a place that rented bikes in the VERY bike-friendly city.

I stayed again at this accommodation. Everything was fine, just like last time. Of course, now there were more pillars on the beach, etc., which were challenging for my other dog, but this is not the fault of the host.🙂🙂 Quick walk to the Pavilion where I was at our company's stand. Everything was neat and the job was done!

Great location and setting. It was well agreed to spend the weekend with a group of 6 people. The host was welcoming and easily reachable if needed.

The apartment was quiet and peaceful. The bed, as well as the sofa bed, comfortable to sleep on. The sauna and large balcony with a lake view made the vacation even more enjoyable. The apartment is very clean and tidy. Easy check-in. Recommended.

Tidy and new listing. I highly recommend! The apartment was as described. As an exception to other places I've been to, this one didn't include coffee (there was a kettle), but coffee wasn't promised in the description, so it was exactly as described. The store and port are right next door. Close to services.

Cozy and well-kept apartment with a great location - with a charming view of Jyväsjärvi. The price included a parking spot. We received good instructions in advance that it was easy to operate. It was so easy to stay in this apartment that you'd love to stay in the apartment later! We warmly recommend the apartment and the renter.

Perfect location to attend venues in Pavilijonki. Short walk to train station. Grocery store and restaurants across the street. Pristine condition, smooth flexible check-in & out. Clear responses. Good value for money.

Absolutely wonderful destination, beautiful peaceful courtyard, yet within walking distance of shops, for example. The lakeside sauna offers great steam baths and the house has a cozy atmosphere and a lot of interesting historical details. The host was very helpful when we arrived and the property was very well equipped. We spent a wonderful and relaxing Midsummer here. 🌸☀️

Absolutely wonderful modern cottage with all the comforts, neatly cleaned. Additional points for stylish decor! Calming and beautiful environment, very relaxing and comfortable place. The owners patiently answered several questions almost immediately. There is only one toilet in the main house, which can be a bit challenging for a larger group, but during the summer, using the additional toilet in the sauna building was effortless. All in all, a wonderful place and experience, thank you very much!

Small house with all the normal amenities. Particularly stylish sauna and laundry room. A good double bed and even an adjustable large table for remote working. The host couple was kind enough to greet us and show us around. There was even a tarp for the car. Recommended!

Such a cozy cabin and a beautiful view on both sides! Saw the northern lights after sauna and it was really the cherry on top. ♥️ the cabin was perfect!

We would recommend staying in Jean Louis’s house, it was clean and ready when we arrived. Due to the great location, we were able to go on many different hikes. What made the stay even better was a wooden sauna next to the lake and the hospitality of Jean, as he offered us a boat ride. Recommended!

The view and cottage with sauna and extra building were fantastic. Everything is new, functional, with great design. We had several terasses to practice jooga and relax and clear water to swim. 3 levels with nice views. Well covered terasse enabled grilling despite rain. No mosquitoes. We could do remote working and relax in the evening. Juupajoki and Purnu art gallery were close by. Raija answered promptly and was very helpful. Excellent stay. 3 toilets, 2 kitchen and bathroom, what a luxury. Did not have time to use the rowing boat.

Beautiful place. Lots of activities for families, such as basketball, paddleboarding, boating, and playing with a frisbee and a badminton racket. Good swimming opportunity. Good cooking facilities with both a gas grill and a wood stove, and inside you will find home cooking facilities. Suitable sleeping arrangements for a small family as well as a visiting family of four. A big plus for well water. Nice views of the lake from the sauna. Everything went well and the hosts responded well to messages and were helpful.

I stayed for more than a week and it was perfect for me. The flat is very well-equipped and nicely situated directly by the lake. Henna is very friendly and helpful and made me feel at home straight away. I recommend 100%.

Pert's place was exactly as described. The apartment is in a cozy area and the apartment itself is peaceful and clean. It's easy to get to by car, and there's a parking spot in the yard. Pertti was responsive and greeted with keys. Communication was straightforward. I definitely recommend Pert's place 👍
