The exclusive loft directly on the banks of the Spree in hip Kreuzberg is located in a former jam factory. Located directly on the banks of the Spree, it impresses with its direct water view. On the spacious balconies on the 5th floor, you can enjoy unique Berlin sunrises and sunsets. The view of the East Side Gallery and the Oberbaum Bridge is unique. The apartment offers plenty of space to chill and is perfect for athletes – with a swing and a private gym.

Berlin Wannsee Summer House

It isn't big, but has all the comforts to be without fancy. The cottage is charming and old, not a designer tiny house. The center of Berlin and Potsdam are quickly reached. Private access, balcony with water view, terrace and garden around. Living room with kitchen, bathtub, bedroom and extra sleeping space on the sofa bed for an extra charge. We live next door, so never an access or key problem. We are at the Wall Trail. Pets are also welcome.

The apartment is located in the middle of Leipzig's Seeburgviertel in a renovated old building. This is directly adjacent to Leipzig city centre. In a few minutes you can reach the famous Grassi Museum. In addition, the center is within walking distance. The famous Augustusplatz with the Gewandhaus and the opera, the Moritzbastei and of course the city center with numerous restaurants and bars can be reached on foot in 5 minutes.
