Gated private yard with orange trees, birds of paradise...you'll feel you're away from it all. Mornings on the deck with a San Gabriel Mountain view, evenings grilling and a chiminea fire. The interior is Modern, uncluttered. There is some white noise from Hwy. 5 (our "babbling brook") in the studios private yard, none in the studio. Great for 2, 3 is cozy, 4 tight.
