One of the best AirBnb I’ve been, everything was perfect and Karen made sure to leave some treats at apartment which makes a real big difference! I got there a little bit early and asked to check in early and I had no problems with that, definitely gonna book with her again when I’m going to Wanaka! Thanks!

We had an amazing stay at Annie's apartment in Wanaka! The place is modern, beautifully decorated, and very cozy with great heaters and ambient lighting. The view was stunning, and we were within walking distance to shops, cafes, and restaurants. Annie was incredibly accommodating, allowing us an early check-in and being so understanding when we accidentally broke a glass. They also made sure the heaters were on before we arrived, which made the place extra comfortable. We really appreciated the milk and tea provided, which we made good use of. If you're looking for somewhere to stay in Wanaka, this is definitely the place to go!

We had a great stay at the perch! Gabrielle was easy to communicate with and it’s the type of place you can tell a lot of love and care has gone into making the guest experience great. Highly recommend!

The place was awesome beyond description. The view was stunning from the bedroom with full door windows and it was very cosy too. Dave provided many amenities within the apartment which helped us tremendously; and it goes to show his attention to details to make our stay as ideal and homely as possible. He also installed floor heating which helped during the cold winter season..Dave is very friendly and approachable and he has definitely raised the bar for my first AirB&B experience ever. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a nice quiet and fully-equipped stay in Wānaka..👍🫶😊

A great place to stay. Warm and comfortable and we (and our dog) enjoyed having the various farmyard animals around.

Definitely recommend Hayley and Quentin's. Spotlessly clean, had all the necessary amenities and not cluttered - so a nice relaxing space. Easy walk to town and restaurants. Fantastic mountain views from our window. Very quiet street. Thank you.

Clean and modern with good internal heating. In a new housing development, so there is some construction nearby, but we had no noise issues. Very comfy beds. Walking distance to a neaby orchard and vineyard, but must drive to reach commercial or historical parts of Cromwell.

A very tidy and cosy place to stay on a cold Wanaka evening. Easy to find and exactly as described. Was everything we needed for our short stay.

Lots of space in the place. Quiet side of town. We had some lovely walks from the place. The scones Edgewater were amazing! Wanaka is a beautiful town.

We are a couple in our late 30's who were looking for a quiet location we could go in and out of and have time to chill out comfortably if needed. Lake Hayes was a great location as its right next door to Arrowtown and just 25 minutes from Queenstown waterfront. It's a great gateway to all the towns like Cardrona, Wanaka, Cromwell, Gibbston, Lake Tekapo etc. A great alternative to Queenstown. Peter and Jilly are lovely hosts and have a beautiful home overlooking what looks like an oil painting landscape! There are trees and rolling hills and gardens and birdsong, frost in the chilly mornings, and snow capped Coronet peak - it was just a stunning location. Their house is modern and has beautiful high ceilings and is well equipped with everything you need.

Love staying at these Apartments right on the beautiful Clutha River trails and right next door to our favourite cafe the Pembroke Patisserie, Albie Tavern & Takeaways right there, Four Square and laundry mat, so everything you need on your doorstep. Very close to Wanaka town and the beautiful Lake Hāwea.

Lovely place to stay had everything we needed for a relaxing holiday. Clean modern and private would definitely stay again and recommend to friends. The only thing I would recommend is a little stool for us short people to reach the top shelf :)

I stayed 2 weeks and enjoyed the super well appointed apartment very much. It was in a peaceful neighbourhood and the location was best for me. Everything in the apartment worked and Tania’s warm hospitality went beyond the s expectations. Her quick responses to all my enquiries and requests were much appreciated. We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this Airbnb! From the moment we arrived, we felt right at home. The space was clean, cozy, and beautifully decorated, with all the amenities we needed to feel comfortable. Julie was incredibly welcoming and provided excellent communication, ensuring we had everything we needed during our stay. The location was perfect—close to local attractions but still peaceful and private. I highly recommend this place and would definitely stay here again.

Lovely place in a great location. Close walk to the hotel and a minute drive to ski field entrance. Lovely furnishings in the home and well equipped kitchen. The temperature did drop one night, even in summer. It would be good if heaters could be provided all year around. Our daughter woke cold in the night.

We had a great stay at Tish's place. The studio has everything you need and was clean & tidy when we arrived. We only stayed one night but loved the location and proximity to the Cardrona Hotel as we were there for a birthday dinner. The pool area is great and we were happy to make use of it on a nice sunny day. Would definitely stay again.

I absolutely loved this home! It was perfect for a couple nights stay. The bed was extra comfortable! My only complaint was that it gets pretty warm without an air conditioner (visited during summer/fall months), but definitely cools down at night. Would absolutely recommend!

Juliet’s Villa was the perfect size for my family of five! It was very cozy and we felt right at home! Juliet was very responsive and friendly, providing us with clear instructions for check in and check out. We would definitely recommend this listing!

Susie and her family were fantastic hosts. From the moment we were welcomed by Susie and her offsider Rosie, it was clear we picked the perfect place to base ourselves. The space was open and private and provided our family of four with all that was needed. Communicating with Susie was a breeze and if we needed anything a swift reply was always there. We had a nice time staying in this small studio space, loving the cozy vibe and luxe touches. The bed was super comfortable and we loved seeing stars during our outdoor bath. It's good to note the bath is on the side of the main house in a residential area so it's not super private but still very enjoyable.
