I am a foodie & provide a continental breakfast, homemade granola, yoghurt & baking after that our supermarkets are close. Walk to lake&Wanaka Tree thru the park! 20 walk to town, in route to Roys Peak climb, Rippon Wines 5 min drive or walk along the lake to it. WANT TO GET MARRIED I CAN DO THAT TOO :)

Relax, Rest & Revive at Rocklands Retreat

Rocklands Retreat is a newly built spacious modern house 5 minutes drive from the lake with a light airy feel, surrounded by mountain Vistas in a new neighbourhood. The interior has been thoughtfully designed to be comfortable with every modern convenience yet also have an individual character feel. Four spacious bedrooms ( two with ensuites) and two open plan living areas plus a fully equipped kitchen set up for casual entertaining make it the perfect set up for one or two families to share.

Fig Tree House

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. Located in Albert Town near the Clutha river, it is a 2 minute walk to the Patisserie, Four Square shop, Pub and Takeaways, with a great swimming hole a 5 minute stroll from home. The home has a sunny sheltered deck and I am often on hand for any tips and tricks, as I have moved into my back yard garden. There are two bikes and two kayaks available for use as well. We have cycle tracks in all directions to explore the surrounds.

Studio 45 - A Peaceful Place to Rest.

Studio 45 - Is a separate guest house set on our 1.3 Ha block with mountains views. 1 x Dlb bed downstairs & 2 x King Singles upstairs. The Kitchenette has plates, cutlery, a microwave, jug, toaster, Air fryer & fridge freezer. (No cooktop) it does have a BBQ outside with an electric oven. The living has 2 couches 1 x chair & Air Con . The tiled bathroom has underfloor heating. The outdoor living has a dinning table , couch, fire frost pots and all just a 7 minutes drive to central Wanaka.

Peninsula Bay Summer Pad

Loads of room for the whole family in this 4 bedroom house, with wonderful indoor & outdoor entertaining areas, close to the community pool, a short walk to the lake and less than a minute to sticky forest mountain bike park and walking trails. The house has a wrap around deck with sliding doors from both the dining room, lounge and master bedroom. The back deck has an outdoor table, couches and Weber bbq. The house is fully fenced, and we are happy to take dogs by arrangement.
