It offers you a bright living room with all the necessary equipment, 2 bedrooms with dressing room and 160 x 200 bed and a bathroom with large walk-in shower and toilet. For your comfort, sheets and towels are provided, the cottage is air-conditioned and equipped with Internet.

Vous apprécierez mon logement pour l'emplacement et l'ambiance. C'est une maison ancienne en pierres de tuffeau située au cœur d'une cour troglodytique. Le gîte dispose d'une cuisine aménagée et très bien équipée mais aussi d'une cour extérieure avec terrasse (barbecue,salon de jardin). Mon logement est parfait pour les couples, les voyageurs en solo, les voyageurs d'affaires, les familles (avec enfants) et les compagnons à quatre pattes.

Cottage in the heart of the Anjou vineyard. Our character house is suitable for couples or families, it can accommodate 2 to 6 people (including children). The 3 bedrooms, toilet and bathroom are upstairs. Pets are not allowed (small cat already on site!). Biodiversity present in this former farmhouse. Our house is attached to the cottage but we want to respect the tranquility of our guests and also expect reciprocity.

The Other House was once a family home. Refurbished, while retaining its old beams and fireplace, it will offer guests all the comforts necessary for a peaceful stay... It can accommodate up to 6 people with 2 bedrooms and 1 sofa bed in the living room. Its large kitchen is functional and fully equipped. The house, located on our fenced property with indoor parking, has a private terrace that is not overlooked.

This charming 18 m2 Studio is located on the 1st floor of a small condominium located on Rue Jean Bodin in Angers. It has just been refurbished and consists of a bedroom/kitchen with bathroom and separate toilet. It is a 5-minute walk to the SNCF train station, 3 minutes to the Université Catholique de l'Ouest and 10 minutes to the hyper center. Paid street parking is available or free of charge 400 m away.
