Marijana is a warm and likeable host. The place was very clean, the location simply fantastic! From the beautiful balcony direct sea view, on foot the sea can be reached in 3 minutes. Very quiet location!

This is my third trip to Croatia, and I was incredibly lucky to stay at this home for the first night of my journey. It’s a very popular place, so I was only able to book it for one night — but what a perfect start it was. Even in just one night, I was able to fully relax and recharge, thanks to the peaceful village atmosphere and the spotlessly clean, well-equipped space. I wholeheartedly recommend this place to any traveler visiting the area.

We were warmly greeted on arrival with a lovingly arranged ham and cheese platter, snacks, beer and wine - a great start to the holiday! The accommodation itself was beautiful, modern, very clean and in a fantastic location. The pool was rather knee-deep and more reminiscent of a large whirlpool, but still pleasant for cooling off. The hosts were extremely friendly, helpful and always available. We felt completely comfortable – absolutely recommended!

Check-in was smooth and welcoming. At check-in, Zeljka who was very friendly, explained everything about the house in detail, and given tons of helpful tips about the Plitvice Lakes National Park, nearby supermarkets, and more. The location is great—just about 10 minutes from Entrance 1 of Plitvice Lakes. The house itself felt spacious (especially with the huge bedroom), clean, and very comfortable for two people. The kitchen had everything we needed to prepare meals at home. But the real gem is the garden—absolutely stunning! There’s a large swing nestled between two big trees that we loved, and the wood-burning hot tub was such a relaxing treat after a day of hiking. One thing to be aware of: the house is not a fully freestanding unit. It’s part of a building that essentially consists of two adjoining houses. Since the structure is largely made of wood (which gives it a lovely, cozy feel), sound does travel quite a bit, and you may hear your neighbors during your stay.

I was very lucky to spend a few days in this beautiful villa and I am completely thrilled! Even the first step into the villa was a real highlight: everything was incredibly clean, stylishly furnished and you immediately felt at home. A special thank you goes to Matteo, who really thought of everything. The villa was fully equipped, you didn't have to bring anything from home. I had a few things with me, but in retrospect, that was completely unnecessary. There was really everything you need for a relaxed stay. Matteo was also always available and immediately took care of everything if you needed something. Such hospitality is rare! I can fully recommend this villa. It was an unforgettably beautiful stay happy to come back!

Such a special and beautiful place to spend a few days in nature close to the ocean. We enjoyed our stay in this cute little house a lot and will definitely come back.

Great place, place, beach by the apartment, apartment location. The only problem was with the neighbors above us, who unfortunately couldn't keep the quiet hours, and so 2 nights were intermittent sleep. On the other hand, the nightlife to this city probably currently belongs :-)

Very nicely furnished, super hospitable and helpful, there is nothing in the vicinity, much can be reached in 10-15 min drive, house is very small (looks much larger in the pictures) and the sleeping options are not very pleasant, information about the location was not correct

What you see on the pictures is what you get! Absolutely amazing location, we think the best possible house on that stretch of the coast. We stayed before the height of the season, so I can't speak for the rest of the summer, but for us it was very calm, quiet, and uncrowded. The apartment is small but cozy, has everything you need, the balcony is a godsend to enjoy the view and soak in the sea breeze. Vesna was a great host, very accommodating and communicative, really did her best to keep us well-informed and feeling welcome. We would confidently recommend this place!

Very communicative and lovely host. She gave nice recommendations en we had great contact. We enjoyed the swimming and our own entrance to the sea a lot! Definitely go to Beach Jadra down the road if you stay here. It's very beautiful and close to the house. You can park there and enjoy a day at the beach. Bring some pillows because of the rocks ;). Ivan’s apartment is spacious and has everything you need for a comfortable stay. In a great quiet location. Ivan kindly allowed me to lock my motorbike in his garage overnight. Would stay again and recommend to others.

Sandra is great!! We were very comfortable immediately. She took good care of us. Best service ever! Wonderful view from the terrace. There is everything you need in the accommodation. We had a wonderful stay at this cozy apartment in Zadar. The space was absolutely spotless and looked just like the pictures—if not better! The terrace was a highlight, with plenty of comfortable seating and a hot tub we enjoyed a couple of times each day. It was the perfect place to relax after exploring. The location was great—walkable to Old Town Zadar, or just a quick and affordable Uber ride away. Our hosts, Mate and Martina, were fantastic—excellent communicators and incredibly helpful throughout our stay. They made everything easy and welcoming. We felt right at home here and would definitely stay again. Highly recommended!

The place looked great in the pictures and our expectations were absolutely met. The apartment was cozy and wonderfully clean. The terrace was equipped with a table and chairs, we ate there almost every evening at sunset. The absolute highlight was of course the private beach section, where we didn't miss anything. Many thanks to the hosts who were always friendly and helpful. We felt right at home!

Amazing view from the balcony. We really did not want to leave. You won’t be disappointed. Only a few minutes walk from everything in the amazing old town.

An absolute delight! We much enjoyed our stay in Matjaz apartment. It is very clean upon our arrival and is as described on Airbnb. It supplies everything needed throughout the day. The private beach access is perfect, idyllic and gives you the opportunity to enjoy your vacation without any stress of searching for a spot in the shades. Although we did not use it this time - the garden is also equipped with a grill, which was quite tempting to use :) Matjaz is a super host for a reason. He and his wife are as friendly as one can be, super helpful and easy to communicate with. We would definitely come back any time and can highly recommend Matjaz and his apartment (s). ***** 5/5 Stars *****

Highly recommend! Friendly, competent host. Great location - close to a beach, bakery, bus stop. Two markets within walkable distance. Terrific balcony, spectacular view of channel and sunset.

We spent 14 pleasant days in September with Mate in the large, modern apartment. Everything very clean and very well furnished. The view from the balcony is very nice. It was very relaxed. Mate took care of everything and was always available. Perfect location. Nice and quiet, only 5 minutes' walk to 2 different beaches. Also only 20 minutes to walk to the old town of RAB.

Lovely stay in this apartment. Exactly as shown in the pictures, well equipped and very comfortable beds! Communication was great and helpful with restaurants and amenities nearby.
