This is apartment on the first floor in our house: with kitchen, bedroom/living room and bathroom. It's 20 meters from the sea and beach. There are concrete, rocky and pebble beaches around, and we have our own beach! You’ll love my place: clean sea, beautiful view on Pag, green garden. It is great for couples, bikers and families. It has a variety of one day destinations to visit within 1 hour drive. Karlobag is the closest town, 4.5 km or 10 min away; Zadar is 1.5 hour, Senj is 1 hour from us.

PLEASE READ ALL THE INFO IN FURTHER DESCRIPTIONS because this is a specific area.Bakar is a small isolated village in the center of all large tourist places. It does not have a beach and you need to have a car to move arround. All the interesting places to see are in range of 5-20 kilometers(beach Kostrena,Crikvenica,Opatija,Rijeka).Studio has a small indor place and a large outdoor area(terrace and garden).It is located in old city up the hill and you have 30 stairs to get to the apartment.

No noise The air is clean and the sea, the beaches are wild and there is no one on some of them. When the wind blows you can enjoy the view on the closed terrace, watch TV with over 30 programs. RA HOUSE is a modern, wooden house located in an open area surrounded by forest. There is an entrance to the beautiful magical forest right near the house. The property is located outside the populated area, 0.5 km from the main road leading to the Plitvice Lakes National Park. The house was built in summer/autumn 2022. The surrounding of RA HOUSE is full of natural beauty, picnic spots, interesting destinations for rest and entertainment. It is situated only 20 km away from National Park.
