A very nice place in a quiet, beautiful place. Part of the house is very nicely renovated, however other parts of the house are a little older and you have to like that. We thought it was great, but a little too high in the price for the condition of the place overall. Particularly good and liked the furnishings of Camille's house - very tasteful and very vintage. A special place to stay, full of inspiration. We can only recommend it!

We had a wonderful weekend at Bérengère's house, nestled in the heart of Le Perche. The house is full of charm, tastefully decorated and very well equipped — a real cocoon to unwind. Bérengère was adorable and very responsive, which made our stay even more enjoyable. An address that we keep treasured to come back .

Enjoyed a short stay at this lovely lodge. Setting is lovely with a stream out the back and private garden, great shower and appreciate the complimentary bottle of wine. Coraly is very friendly, accommodating and responsive to messages. Would recommend!

What a gem! We really had a wonderful vacation (2 parents, 3 children from 2, 4, 6 and a small dog). The kids didn't get bored in the large garden for a moment, with trampoline, swings and lots of outdoor toys, and in the very extensive games room inside. As parents, we enjoyed the peace, the forest, the nice beds... in the one and a half weeks we were there we didn't feel the need to go anywhere (except the supermarket a 13-minute drive away), but there were plenty of options to do something if we wanted to. Elodie, the caretaker, was very helpful if anything came up. This cottage is extremely suitable for families whose children want to play and the parents love peace and quiet. In addition, the cottage is very complete and you can easily stay here comfortably for a long time. It was definitely worth the long trip for us and chances are we will come back again.

Beautiful house, tastefully decorated, very well-equipped. The kitchen is huge and a real treat for cooking enthusiasts. The rooms are beautiful and spacious. Two lounges with 2 different atmospheres to make the most of. Very beautiful garden, well maintained! The view is very beautiful, from all the windows of the house. A very nice place to calm down and have a great stay with friends or family. Eliott was always very responsive and friendly. I recommend this rental without hesitation. Thank you for everything.

We had a lovely Christmas with family (6 adults) in a warm, very pleasant and very functional house (excellent equipment ;) Everything is done to have a lovely time together. Sompras was also available, responsive and very friendly (thank you again for the special touches upon arrival ;).

A superb stay in an ideally located apartment! The accommodation was perfectly equipped, there was absolutely nothing missing to have a great time (except a small kitchen but it's not disturbing because there is a fridge and a microwave). The host was warm, welcoming and very responsive to each of our questions. She is very available and does everything to make you feel good. We were entirely free to come and go, which was very much appreciated. Special mention for the breakfast prepared by the host: a real treat, hearty and delicious, a real plus every morning! I would highly recommend this place to stay Once again, thank you for everything!

We had a lovely weekend with friends with our kids. The house is spacious and the very large garden with its terrace is ideal for having a good time. We recommend this property!

Superb property, we had a lovely time exploring the area and enjoying the tranquility. Jean-Philippe was a fantastic proprietor, he responded to messages within minutes and could not have been more helpful and friendly. The cottage itself was one of the best equiped I have stayed in -every utensil, bowl, glass and pan that we needed was in the cupboards The decour was really tastefully done and felt very homely, The gardens were lovely and peaceful The house was always the right temperature. The beds were obviously fairly new and were very comfortable The bedding and towels provided were really nice quality but I would have liked the fact it was not included in the price to have been more prominent on the listing The bathrooms (plural) were smart and clean . Overall I would not hesitate to recommend this place and would happily stay there again

Beautiful house, very nice and very clean. We were greeted by Nathalie who gave us the necessary instructions to feel good in the house. There were 10 of us but it was not possible to sleep two people in the same room. Nathalie provided bed linen so that we could put a person on the sofa bed. The proximity to the Montireau estate is a real plus, as well as the many sets of keys. We were able to come and go during the wedding as we pleased. We'll be happy to come back. Valérie

Benedicte’s house is amazing, beautiful surroundings, peaceful. Our hosts were very welcoming, kind and friendly. The pool, play equipment for teenage children was brilliant. Not only that we had regular visits from the hens, saw hares, red squirrels and king fishers. We have stayed in many places in France over the years and this is our favourite. Thank you Benedicte for sharing your home with us.

I would like to always have a host like this. Brigitte is a person full of culture and joy that will infect you from the first minutes of your friendship. He is a caring and thorough host who will host you and surround you with care and any help . In my opinion, it's 10 ********* * because 5 is not enough . I recommend everyone to stay with Brigitte . We had a superb two week holiday. The house is really lovely and spacious (the photos really don't do it justice). And it was very 'French' which we liked. Lots of equipment, great pool, beds were comfy and we liked the downstairs bedroom as my father was with us. Aline helped us to get a wheelchair for him and was always responsive but not intrusive. It was so calm and peaceful - but lots to do in the surrounding areas. We had lazy days and days filled with sightseeing - we even saw the paraolympic flame! We loved ChateauD'un and Vendôme. Definitely recommend for a lovely family holiday - we hope to be back. Thanks Matthieu and Aline xx
