Le logement dispose d'une chambre avec 2 lits de 1 personnes et 1 lit de 2 personnes,un espace à vivre avec canapé/lit 2 personnes,une salle de bain ,un terrain et un abri de jardin ( avec mobilier extérieur). Un poêle ainsi que du bois sont à votre disposition pour profiter de vos soirées. Possibilité que le terrain soit fermé en le précisant à l'avance 😁

Pretty half-timbered percheron house, renovated from top to bottom in 2010 with all the comforts, but keeping all its soul. A place where everyone seems to feel good, with sunny days in the large south-facing garden, or near the large fireplace in winter. 2 cozy bedrooms on the 1st floor (1 with double bed and 1 with 2 single beds), and downstairs, after the large living/dining room of 50 m2, a small office with 1 single bed and a large fully-equipped kitchen full of light. Equipped with all the necessary comforts and fiber, it is the perfect place for your stay in the countryside less than 2 hours from Paris. A charging station is accessible according to conditions. Calm, nature and local products will be there.

In a small independent house, on our 2 ha property, you can enjoy our beautiful garden as well as the view of the countryside while being in your little cocoon. We fell in love with Perche and renovated this little piece of heaven: La Grande Maison for us and La Petite Maison for our guests... so that you too can experience the Perche Effect!

A 10 kms de Bellême et Mamers, "La Grande Maison Volganza" vous permet de séjourner dans une ferme où sont élevés des chevaux percherons. Vous y rencontrerez également des chèvres des fossés, des ânes du Cotentin sans oublier la basse cour. Nous vous accueillons avec beaucoup de joie depuis 2022, date à laquelle nous avons restauré nous-même cette maison. Le gîte*** propose confort, charme et calme.
