Our house is located in the countryside, in a quiet area, near Nocé and 1 hour and 45 minutes from Paris. Come and recharge your batteries! We are 1 hour and 45 minutes from the Normandy beaches and 1 hour and 30 minutes from the châteaux of the Loire. This is our second home (not a house rented year-round). It therefore contains some of our memories, but we are happy to share it! You will meet two little female cats that we adopted in August 2021. They are very gentle with children and independent thanks to the cat flap. If you are allergic to cats, please refrain 😉

Pretty half-timbered percheron house, renovated from top to bottom in 2010 with all the comforts, but keeping all its soul. A place where everyone seems to feel good, with sunny days in the large south-facing garden, or near the large fireplace in winter. 2 cozy bedrooms on the 1st floor (1 with double bed and 1 with 2 single beds), and downstairs, after the large living/dining room of 50 m2, a small office with 1 single bed and a large fully-equipped kitchen full of light. Located in the heart of the Perche Regional Natural Park, in a typical hamlet, Marie's house is a cottage completely renovated in 2019 in keeping with the Percheron style (old tiles, lime plaster, exposed beams...). Equipped with all the necessary comforts and fiber, it is the perfect place for your stay in the countryside less than 2 hours from Paris. A charging station is accessible according to conditions. Calm, nature and local products will be there.

My accommodation consists of a main farmhouse, as well as a barn, refurbished, on a plot of 3000 m2, totally isolated and in the middle of the fields. It can accommodate up to 15 people, spread over 6 bedrooms.
