Holiday rentals with beach access in Cetraro Marina

We had a wonderful stay at this apartment! The location is perfect, with both mountains and the sea nearby — an ideal combination for nature lovers. The beach with Kvasovye rocks was a real gem, such a beautiful spot. The apartment itself is cozy and comfortable, equipped with everything you need for a pleasant stay. Getting here by train was very convenient, which was a pleasant surprise. Margareth and her husband were incredibly hospitable and kind. They were always quick to respond and ready to help with any questions, making our stay as comfortable as possible. Their attention to detail and care made us feel truly welcomed. The November weather was warm, and we even managed to swim in the sea a couple of times! It was truly unforgettable. Thank you to the hosts for their warm hospitality — we’ll definitely come back!

We had a pleasant stay. The apartment is as described in the listing, equipped with everything you need and very clean. The sea view from the balcony is awesome. The noise from the street and the railway was somewhat disturbing.

Beautiful place! We had a very comfortable and private stay with great views. The place was really clean and had all the necessities. Michele was really helpful, suggesting restaurants, beaches, etc. Loved it!

Beautiful apartment in a great location. Minutes walk to restaurants, groceries and beach. Everything needed was provided and very clean. Great host and very responsive. We would absolutely stay again and highly recommend.

We loved staying here. The apartment delivered everything as promised and was very charming and comfortables. The deck overdelivers with the view and ample space providing a haven from which to enjoy happenings at the port. Maratea has lots of nooks and crannies to explore. I loved walking from the apartment to the Cristo… challenging but worth the view and spots to stop in town for refreshments. Would love to stay again!

Karolina's apartment was completely new and tastefully furnished. It had all the comforts. The location of the apartment was also good: close to the old town and with sea views. Communication with Karoline was pleasant. Thank you for staying in your nice apartment, Karolina!

The apartment is comfortable,after renovation,everything is shining,clean. The kitchen is equipped with all the necessary accessories(new,good quality) for cooking. The terrace,its own separate corner in silence and peace,wonderful!Proximity to the sea, 5 minutes walk. Everything is great!Hosts Sandro and Paola are friendly and hospitable people,always accommodating to our wishes and requests. We are very grateful to them for their kindness and humanity!

We felt comfortable right away 🤗 the apartment is very nicely furnished, everything was sparkling clean. The kitchen is well equipped, even coffee was ready ☺️ The bathroom is very comfortable, a highlight is the outdoor shower and cooking in the open air. The beach is not so beautiful, but it is definitely worth driving further south. Communication was friendly and very fast. Mario welcomed us very warmly and instructed us. Franco is great and friendly. 100% helpful. Good beds. The accommodation is close to the beach. Although we were here out of season, we experienced a lot and enjoyed the town and its surroundings.

The cottage is as shown in the photos and description, the host welcomed us in a friendly and helpful way. I highly recommend it

Great accommodation, well located in the center of Villapiana lido, equipped with everything you need and very clean. You can walk comfortably to both restaurants and the sea. There is a pedestrian crossing not indicated by the various navigators to reach the beach, it takes about 3 minutes on foot. Same for evening walks on the waterfront. Services such as bars, restaurants and supermarkets are within walking distance. As per the description, there is private parking, during our stay (1 week) we never used the car. Giuliano is a very active Host, all our questions were answered almost immediately. It will definitely be a place to come back to.

Had a great stay! Maria's brother (neighbor) received us and was super friendly. We got different fruits from the garden! The private beach is less than a 5-minute walk away. The cottage has everything you need, super clean and spacious. We had wonderful days here. The garden is also well fenced, so it is nice with the dog.

We stayed 10 days with my girlfriend at Tiffany's home and we felt really welcomed by her family, they picked us to the Casolare and shown us around. The place it's big, cozy and it was spotless when we arrived. Tiffany's family were super nice and eager to help and answer all the questions we came up with. If you wanna have a rent big house with a nice view to the Calabrian sea and live a full italian experience this place may be perfect for you.

We had a lovely stay! The home itself was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described in the listing. The host was responsive and friendly. The space had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. As there are people upstairs and downstairs, we had to be quiet (I have 2 children under the age of 2), if you have children just be mindful before booking as you will be reminded to keep it down. You will also need to take bedding off and bins outside yourself at the end of your stay. One thing to keep in mind: the location is quiet seaside village style. It’s a peaceful and quiet area, which we appreciated, but taxis and ride-shares were hard to come by. If you’re planning to stay here, having your own car or arranging transportation in advance is a good idea. We made friends with locals who helped us out with ride shares. Overall, a great experience — especially if you’re looking for a quiet retreat and don’t mind being a little outside the city center!

Had a great time here. On the way out we arrived in the dark and therefore had some trouble finding the house. A property in front of the house is somewhat blocking the view, but nevertheless fantastic stay. Lovely garden, large rooms, house full of comforts and a nice center nearby. We had rented a car so easily accessible for us. Nice and nice food in the shopping street of Scalea near Vularie Siciliane, very affordable too! Recommended, sandy beach at lido de Azzuro, beautiful bay, beautifully surrounded by mountains. Accessible via a (spicy) set of stairs. Sylwia gave a lot of nice tips. The place is perfectly matched to the photos and description. Completely renovated. Mr. Donatella welcomed us in person by explaining the apartment and explaining the operation of the appliances. To every clarifying message I wrote, she gave me punctual and precise responses. The fixtures are of good quality making it quiet. Highly recommended.

Apartment in the center, a few minutes from the sea, equipped with all the essential services, excellent cleanliness on our arrival and Mrs. Regina was very kind to welcome us and help us find parking.

We felt very comfortable with Rosalba. Hassle-free, flexible, fast. It was very quiet, which was certainly also because the neighboring apartments were largely uninhabited.

We were warmly welcomed and easily introduced to the apartment: plenty of water and coffee were ready for us. 2 balconies (northwest or around corner northeast overlooking the sea, southwest or southeast around the corner overlooking the mountain ranges) invited you to enjoy breakfast, a sunbath or the evening end. The furnishings left nothing to be desired (see description). Dogs, cats, chickens in the neighborhood convey a rural flair. Fabrizio Piccolo for us was the starting point for many entertaining activities (close range: Rossano and Corigliano - narrow old towns on a hillside, Sibari with the archaeological park; distant area: Camigliatello Silano in the magnificent Sila National Park). A car is recommended for the neighborhood, enough parking space is available at the house, located on a cul-de-sac. It was difficult for us to say goodbye, easily arranged.

The view from all windows was stunning. The apartment was very clean. The balcony was a show stopper - sitting out overlooking the Sea was drop dead gorgeous. Though the road could be a little noisy at times with cars or pedestrians, it didn't impede our trip at all. The view was almost surreal. The bed was very firm (typical for an Italian home, we've found). The kitchen could've done with a few essentials - maybe some salt, sugar, coffee etc. But, regardless it was all fabulous and wouldn't stop us from coming back. Elena was an absolute delight, there if you need her, but always allowing for her guests privacy. We Loved the space, loved Elena and can't wait to come back!
