This four-story house has 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, 2 kitchens and fireplace. It has a private elevator and a beautiful loft. The house is located 300 m. from the seafront at a very quiet neighborhood. The city promenade, the fortress of Chalkida, the train station, restaurants, shops and beaches are all within walking distance from our front door.

Our house is 22 km away from the city of Chalkida half an hour by car. Athens airport is 115 Km. away, one and a half hours by car. The beach of Politika is only 15 minutes away 11 km. You can buy your food and supplies at Psachna 10 minutes (6 km) from the house. A private pool is also available (min depth 1.2m max depth 2m) A car is necessary.
