Apartment holiday rentals in Chamartín

It will be my place in Madrid. Unlike depressing hotels, this place is cozy and close to everything.. specially El Retrio Park. Everything was clean, the apartment is good for two people. Check in and check out was super easy. Only problem there’s no ironing board.. other than that, everything was perfect.

We had a comfortable and pleasant stay, the apartment is very well located. Carlos is a very helpful host. Also it didn't put us any problems with our dog (a braco). A recommended and worthwhile place to stay.

Pablo's apartment is everything the listing describes and more. it's bigger than what's shown in the photos. Very functional, comfortable, quiet, impeccable and with great design touches. Comfortable mattress. Generous shower. Pablo responded quickly and with suggestions. very kind. I would definitely come back.

Had a great stay at Mateo’s place! The location was perfect — close to everything I needed and made getting around super easy.

Victoria's place is exactly as shown in the photos. It has blackout, which ensures you have a good night's sleep. We slept very well every night. The subway station is right in front, which ensures you'll get to the center in 30 minutes. We love this place.

The apartment is excellent and the contributions of Yiftach and his collaborator made everything better and easier. The accommodation provides everything expected as it is new appliances in perfect working order. The water and its pressure are excellent. The equipment is complete. The location couldn't be better, right in the center but absolutely quiet. It allows you to walk around the main points of Madrid and the proximity to the Metro complements the above. A bustling, attractive and at the same time very safe area. I would probably go back to the apartment

Nice apartment in a beautiful area of Madrid that is nearly free of tourists - live and feel like a local! Loved having the terrace with park view. Bed is comfortable and shower is fantastic, great water pressure. Enrique was helpful whenever I needed anything. I recommend Kanbei Urban Food for a casual but delicious meal, Cachivache a little more fancy and also good. Mercado de Chamartin is amazing. I had a very nice stay here.

Beautiful appartment with amazing terrace in the sunshine which would be so much more expensive if any closer into Madrid. It was perfect for visiting Bernebeu and 20 mins into centre by metro or taxi. Nice quiet bars in local area and good pastry shop below and supermarket nearby. Brilliant host and would highly recommend.

Many thanks, Maria Jose, for a wonderful stay! Your apartment was perfect for us (2 parents, 2 grown up kids), perfectly appointed for all that we needed. We loved the outside terrace. It was very convenient to have a grocery store and pharmacy close by. The Chamartin train station was also close by (20 min walk) with plenty of places to eat along the way. I highly recommend staying with Maria Jose, with much gratitude for her hospitality, generosity, and thoughtfulness!

Our stay was wonderful. We were able to see a lot of Madrid just by walking. Public transport was close by when needed. After a long day sight seeing we came back to a comfortable place to eat relax and sleep ready to go again the next morning loved it

Great little apartment in a wonderful area. Lots to do nearby and walkable everywhere, but on a pedestrian street so no traffic. The unit was clean and well supplied. Highly recommend!

I had already been there once, and I have repeated. Very good location, independent arrival. Brand new with all the amenities. And the sofa bed is very comfortable!!!! Supermarkets, bars, restaurants... all within walking distance

Carles’ place was in a local neighbourhood that was within walking distance from the train. The transport links were great. There were great restaurants nearby. He also provided a cot for our child. The apartment was very clean and modern. Thanks for a great stay in Madrid.

We had a very pleasant and recommended stay. Marta is a super attentive host and can be reached at all times if you need anything. The apartment is 5-10 minutes from the great Plaza España... it is very central and perfectly located, and at night there was no noise.

Rafael was a real landlord. Always friendly in communications that they had very quickly. The apartment is 200 meters from the Tirso de Molina metro station from which you can then reach any point of the city. Clean and tidy.

We had a wonderful stay here,we didn’t have a kettle so contacted the host and he brought a new one to us as soon as he could.Very comfy bed and lovely location.Would recommend.

Our stay at the apartment went very well! The apartment is well-equipped, in the semi-basement which allows you to keep it cool! The bedding is comfortable and the bathroom is great (special mention to the jacuzzi after long walks!) The mini terrace is nice! The neighborhood is quiet while having everything within walking distance: supermarket, small shops, multiple bus stops (the best way to get around from the apartment to the more touristy sites!)

The place is quiet. The accommodation is very well equipped with little extras (sparkling water, still water, coffee, tea, infusion, chocolate and sweets...) in addition to a very clean, spacious accommodation, a well-made and very comfortable bed like the pillows. Towels that smell like laundry. In short, a flawless welcome with a follow-up from the host who makes sure that everything is going well from the moment of arrival. It is very appreciable, we warmly recommend it.

If I could give this place 20 stars I would!! - Our hosts were responsive, thoughtful, kind and considerate with every touch point in the suite. So many GREAT recommendations too! - This Airbnb is one of the cutest I have had the pleasure to stay at - not just the adorable design elements, but the efficient layout, well appointed amenities and the general positive energy in the neighbourhood all contributed to a fabulous stay - The location cannot be more central - literally mere steps away from the hustle and bustle of Gran Via and beyond, but still tucked away enough that it's ALWAYS quiet and peaceful - No matter how hot it got outside (and it was HOT during our visit), the space somehow magically remained cool & comfortable! Even though it's fully equipped with AC in the living room and AC and a ceiling fan in the bedroom, at no point did we feel the need to turn them on. It's like a miracle! - Soooo many restaurants, shops, supermarkets etc in the immediate proximity GRACIAS!
