Beautiful apartment! Exactly as shown in the photos. Super well located, nice, clean, safe neighborhood with shops nearby. A perfect week with the family. I highly recommend it.

The house is right at the subway entrance, very convenient for getting around, and it only takes 20 minutes to walk to the Bernabeu Stadium. The owner was also very enthusiastic and provided me with a restaurant introduction.There was a problem when I checked in, and they responded very promptly, making me feel very at home. The room is quiet in the middle of the noise. Although it is on the roadside, it is very quiet at night. The home has all the amenities, kitchen and bathroom, which can meet all the needs of the trip. If I come to Madrid again, I will choose this room ~

Ideal place to go to IFEMA, it's a 20-minute walk. Quiet neighborhood and the house with everything you need to spend a few days. Laura was super friendly and made it easier for me to check in a little earlier , like keeping my suitcase until my train came out. Thank you very much!

The apartment was lovely and spotlessly clean. There is a swimming pool but sadly it didn't open for another week. The host was really helpful and friendly. My flight was late so it was almost 2am by the time I got to him. He waited patiently and showed me into the flat personally. I had lost a mobile charging cable en route and my phone was very low so he lent me one for the duration of my stay. He sent me a message the next day to make sure I was ok and if I needed anything. Lovely guy and lovely apartment! Thank you.

Spacious accommodation but less bright than it appears in the photos. Allows you to visit Madrid on foot and the surrounding cities either by train or bus very easily.

Veronica and Sofia's place is super close to the metro station, it has a market and restaurants around. I recommend it, a clean and quiet place.

One of the best places we've stayed at - excellent host in Francisco, amazingly close to *everything* (the Retiro park is half-block if you look one way, the Prado is two blocks if you look the other), super comfortable and light apartment. We definitely plan to return.

This was our second time staying at Maria’s place; the first was made by my wife. And there’ll be more stays in the future. Maria is just the nicest host & we always feel immediately at home in her lovely apartment. So did our cat, who loved sleeping outside in the balcony garden We had more time to explore the area this time. Found Dot Cafe Bar a minute away whereas a 4 minute walk takes you to Nuo Sushi & Ramen 4 minutes . A 15 minute walk will get you to K Store on Embajadores, a modern Asian supermarket with a huge selection, in case you are hankering after ramen. Highly recommended place and neighborhood.

Apartment was beautiful, clean and comfortable. We liked the location as it was centrally located and an easy walk to restaurants and El Retiro Park. The management company did a fantastic job - communication was great, accommodated our request for an early check in and check out was easiest experience we had in Spain!

Great spot to stay. I stayed for a month and found Santiago’s place to be a perfect home base for my time in Spain. The space is small but fully equipped and it’s in a vibrant spot in the city. Trains and supermarkets and pharmacies all super easily accessible. Santiago was super responsive with any questions. The loft sleeping arrangement worked for me but it can get hot up there and the stairs up probably aren’t for everyone.

What can I say, everything was fantastic... it felt like home! Eva was very helpful, she fulfilled all my requests. When she came for check-in, she brought candy for our three children. Every time I wrote to her on WhatsApp, I received an immediate response. If I return to Madrid, Eva's house will be my point of reference...also because the Metro under the house is priceless! I highly recommend this place!

We had a wonderful stay with Liron, who is a fantastic host very friendly, understanding, and welcoming. You can truly feel the spirit of Madrid the moment you step outside the door. We thoroughly enjoyed our time here and exploring the city. The apartment is comfortable and well-equipped with everything you might need.

Excellent experience This was my first time using Airbnb and it couldn't have been better. Tiago was an impeccable host from the start. I booked well in advance from Uruguay, and everything was as promised in the publication. The apartment is located in the heart of Chueca, an ideal area to get to know Madrid: safe, vibrant, with everything close by, and perfect for getting around on foot or by public transport. The apartment is very quiet, clean and comfortable; you can see the care in every detail. Also super bright I will definitely book with Tiago again next year. I recommend it 100%.

Our stay at this charming Airbnb near Plaza Dos de Mayo in Madrid was absolutely fantastic. The location couldn’t be better—tucked away on a quiet street just steps from the vibrant heart of Malasaña, with its eclectic mix of cafés, tapas bars, and boutiques. This beautiful apartment was exactly as described. We felt at home immediately. The terrace and the greenery outside were beautiful as well. The kitchen was very well stocked. The rooms were impeccable. Everything was super clean, organized and comfortable. Since the apartment faces the interior, it is a very quiet ambiance. Having a supermarket so close was a plus. There are a lot of good restaurants and coffee places close by as well. The hosts were very communicative and agreeable to our check in and check out hours. We look forward to repeating using this apartment in the future.

We enjoyed our stay. The apartment was clean, conveniently located near public transportation, and easy to access surrounding in madrid by car, because close to the highway. Communication regarding specific house facilities could be better. The sun curtains were stuck, and we had to open the window and pull them by hand, which was a bit dangerous from the 8th floor. Additionally, the air conditioning was off when we arrived, so the apartment was very hot. It would have been nice if the landlord had prepared a comfortable temperature in the studio beforehand.
