Bright and cozy loft in the heart of Malasaña, one of Madrid’s most vibrant and creative neighborhoods. With 40 m², high ceilings, and exposed wooden beams, it has a warm, character-filled atmosphere. It includes a fully equipped kitchen, living area with sofa, comfortable bed, and a compact bathroom once used during photo sessions. Originally my photography studio, it retains its open layout, artistic spirit, and unique charm, perfect for couples’ getaways.

Splendid studio on Calle Mayor next to the San Miguel Market and located on one side of Plaza Mayor. 2 minutes from Puerta del Sol This area is the central hub of Madrid, the Madrid of the Austrias. You can walk to all the downtown sites, museums, emblematic squares and all the historic buildings are here, at Kilometer 0! It is a building with historical protection, a house built in 1890, there is no noise, as it is newly renovated, (June 2019).
