Come and recharge your batteries in an authentic setting where the calm and beauty of the landscapes will punctuate your stay.

Riverside Priory, 2-Bedroom House

Nestled by the river Seine, in an artist village in the region of Champagne, this former priory is located only 100km from Paris (55mn direct train between the neighboring Nogent s/Sein and Gare de l'Est). This is an authentic and ressourcing place, newly renovated, loaded with 400 years of history. We have decorated the house with love and care, the equipment is very generous. Bikes of diverse sizes (for adults and children), kayaks, SUPs and other inside and outside equipments are available.

House in the countryside (with the owner and very discreet dog) independent accommodation, 110 m2 has a capacity of 1 to 14 beds, renovated by us, with a personalized decoration in a small village of 60 inhabitants in the countryside in the high Marne forests, very quiet, 10 km from the lake of the der (nautical station, beaches, fishing casino etc.) with swimming pool just for you and the novelty Nordic bath. GITE DU PETIT PAYSAN - Relaxation among horses

Rest at Les Granges, in an old dairy farm and filming location of the film "Petit Paysan" directed by our son. The cottage has been restored in the Champagne style – the place located in a hamlet is very quiet and you will live among our horses. Lake Der is 8 km away - All comforts: one TV per room. Electricity is extra. Read the house rules carefully. Free firewood. No pets in the bedrooms, please. Linens provided and beds made. Mosquito nets everywhere.

"The Walden Experience" the site

Tiny House, "the Walden experience" in Passy-sur-Seine, has a mezzanine double bed, a hammock-style reading area, a bathroom and a dry toilet. The large pontoon-terrace opens onto the pond populated by geese, ducks and many birds that you can observe. From your accommodation, you can explore the different areas of the property on foot, by bike or by boat. The village is quiet and very secluded. If you don't have a car, please contact us.
