All shops within walking distance (supermarket, bakery, butcher, pharmacy), bus and tram to quickly get to the city center, between the 2 stations of the city. We can accommodate up to 3 people (sofa bed 140 cm and double bed 160). Equipped kitchen (fridge, ceramic hob, multifunctional microwave, Nespresso and filter) Fiber internet, TV with box and free WIFI available.

Charming small 18 m2 studio in the basement, with completely independent entrance through the garage, close to Mac Arthur Glen factory outlets, with easy access to the ring road leading to downtown Troyes and on the road to the lakes of the Orient Forest. Guests can park their vehicle easily. You will enjoy a neatly decorated bedroom, with recent bedding (140*190) and quality, and a room with a shower area, separate toilet and kitchen area.

Cozy cottage in the countryside

We are pleased to welcome you to our small, cozy 35 m² cottage, located in an annex of our property. Located 20 km from Lake Der, the accommodation has 2 terraces, one of which is covered to enjoy the sun from morning to night. The cottage is completely independent and has its privacy (the windows are not overlooked from the adjoining owners' house). You can enjoy the 3500 m² garden (shared with us). You can move the garden furniture.

Relax in a fully equipped garden studio with refined decor. Quiet, not overlooked. Access to the pool and jacuzzi directly from the studio. This access is exclusive and not shared. Percola coffee maker and private terrace. Towels and bathrobe available. The Jacuzzi is available and heated all year round. Come and spend a night or several in this studio with terrace, close to the city (Troyes: 15 min), based in the countryside and close to a greenway for sunny walks. Nearby (10 min walk), there is a tobacco shop, pizzeria, bakery, etc. A 5-minute drive away, you can shop at a Casino hypermarket and even stop by a gym next door (Basic Fit). We will welcome you to this lovely 18 m2 private studio at the home of the host with independent entrance. It is located 5 minutes from SENS, it includes an entrance to the living room with closet, desk, sofa bed, TV, fitted and equipped kitchen (stove, microwave, fridge), shower room-toilet. Small terrace. Indoor parking. Quiet is assured. Wi-Fi is present but does not have very good reception.
