Kevin’s Airbnb was the perfect choice for our family of four during our Christmas break! The condo was spotless, with modern furniture and thoughtful touches that made it feel like home. The location is fantastic—peaceful and quiet, with opportunities for relaxing walks in the community. We especially enjoyed the beautiful pool and the well-equipped gym, which was much needed after indulging in all the great nearby food options. Kevin was an amazing host—super responsive and went above and beyond to ensure our stay was seamless. If you’re visiting Phoenix, this place is a gem. We’re already booking our return stay!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Owl's Nest. James was very communicative and we appreciated the clear instructions for access to the unit and guidelines for use of the amenities. It was very easy to find, centrally located for ease of freeway access, and the pool and common spaces were nice and we enjoyed the outdoor spaces and the balcony area. Good closet space and very nice kitchen with all we needed for our stay. Highly recommend!

This location is just as described and pictured. Very cute and very clean. I appreciated the amount of things available like beach towels, pool noodles, glass wear, tissues, soap etc. The first night the hot tub was not working properly and the host responded immediately and the issue was taken care of by the next day. We really enjoyed our stay here. It was quiet and nice

My parents (87 & 90 yo) stayed here for a month this winter and it was a great fit for them. Even with the stairs, they were comfortable in the unit and happy with accommodations. I recently stayed with my 2 adult kids for a long weekend. Knowing this area was comforting as my brothers live near here. Lots of close access to stores, restaurants etc. Beds were comfy and she has anything you might need to cook your own meals. Alice helped us with a special request very quickly. We enjoyed the pool and rode the bikes around the community. We will stay here again for future events for my family.

Right from the time we booked and throughout our stay, Meilani and Brian, were easy to communicate with and very accommodating. We loved the space. It had everything we needed. The condo was extremely clean, and the pool area and workout facility enhanced our stay. We highly recommend renting this condo from these hosts. This condo is a lovely hidden gem among the cacti.... Centrally located, safe, and the building and condo design was interesting and different, and fit within the context of the desert environment. We also really enjoyed private, late night swims in the community pool after long days. The condo itself was perfectly suited to be our home away from home. We were even able to rummage around the kitchen and find a toaster! We highly recommend several international restaurants with large portions of fresh food-- Green Corner, Princess Pita (the one on broadway), and Cafe de Bangkok. And don't miss the Desert Botanical Garden -- reduced price tix in late afternoon/evening. Thank you for your hospitality, Mary!

This is really a great place to stay. Quiet complex, very clean and well maintained, and perfect for our little family. The host is very responsive and helpful. A lot of thought and effort was put forth to make us feel comfortable and welcome. Close to Downtown Chandler with lots of amazing restaurants. I highly recommend this place!

I loved this condo!! I would definitely come back here! Any questions I had she responded in time never had me waiting. Loved the makeup towels they saved me 🤣! It definitely was a perfect location everything was close and the airport is under 20min away🥰🥰

We had such a wonderful time at Jaclyn’s place. She was an incredible host. Even when we arrived earlier than expected to Scottsdale, she was super flexible with us. Luis was also awesome to meet. When our flight was unexpectedly delayed on our final day, Jaclyn worked with us to be able to check-out later. Such a life saver! Thank you!! The place was so comfy and exactly what we needed for our anniversary celebration. We particularly enjoyed how comfy the couches and bed was. The location was always really good. We walked to the mall a couple of times. We highly recommend Jaclyn’s place and would love to stay again next time we’re in Scottsdale.

This condo was the perfect place for our long weekend! Troy communicated well with us from the time we booked his place throughout our visit. It is super walkable to Old Scottsdale, which offers everything from shopping to bars and restaurants. There is a great coffee place a block away. Best of all, super clean and nice and roomy. We would definitely stay there again.

We had a wonderful stay at Brindy’s Airbnb. The home was cozy, clean, with a cute patio that our fur baby loved! After a long drive in to the city, we were nicely surprised with just how comfortable the bed was! The home was nicely decorated as well and the location was so perfect: close to shops and restaurants, yet still private. We would definitely love to stay at Brindy’s Airbnb again in the future :)

It was nice staying at Barbara's house. When we 1st got there, it was a little hard finding the building. GPS kept sending me to the building behind the condo! LOL! Once I found the building, it was easy to get into the condo. beds were comfortable. Great shower. It was good to have a parking space and not worry about where to park. It was very quiet so got good sleep. Barbara checked in with us and kept us informed! Overall, I would definitely recommend Barbara's place.

The home and location worked well for us. With 3 adults, it would have been nice to have a second bathroom, but we managed.

my three week stay in Scottsdale was excellent. The condo, although the building is on the older side, was very modern and clean and well decorated. Excellent communication from George prior to check-in and prior to checkout. The location is excellent and walking distance, to many things on the edge of old town.The place is modern and the kitchen has everything I needed. Might want to Go in with a can of touchup paint to clean up some minor minor things here and there but overall, it was a fantastic day. Thank you! PS also great for my small dog.

My stay here was amazing! It’s in a very walkable area and local to a lot of great places to eat. It felt very safe and secure. The condo was incredibly clean, and the airplane noise mentioned in the description was not even an issue. It was very quiet and peaceful and I slept great! Bed was very comfortable.

Jane was super flexible with me as I attended a nearby conference for a few days. She was helpful and flexible given my schedule. I loved the location for proximity to shopping centers. It was peaceful and quiet. Overall, a beautiful place to stay! She also provides you with so many amenities it was well worth it!

Great parking, nicely decorated. We had no issues. Close to great restaurants. A washer and dryer. Everything we needed for my wife and I. We would recommend this place to anyone! Will def stay here again on out next visit back!

Our stay was great and Erick accommodated a very specific request from us that required him going above and beyond on a holiday. He was very communicative and handled our request —and then some. The place was perfect for our needs especially each bedroom having its own bathroom. Kitchen was well equipped and the location was perfect for our visit for our son’s graduation from ASU. I would absolutely stay here again or at another of Erick’s properties.

Tracy was a great host! Her place was in a great area close to Fry’s and Walgreens. Beds were comfortable and instructions were clear! The pool and hot tub were great, the only thing I would add is a couple chairs because there were 4 of us so we all couldn’t fit on the couch. Otherwise it was great

Don's place was so nice! Extremely clean and when he says the kitchen is well stocked, he is not kidding! There is everything that you need to make a meal. The beds are so comfortable and I loved the pillows. The hall closet has all you need for the pool, golf and playing games. Don was so easy to work with and responded so quickly. The area is very quiet and peace and just a short trip to the airport. The pool area is peaceful and enjoyable. We would definitely stay here again, you will not be disappointed!

This is a beautiful 3rd floor condo, in a great and clean neighborhood, with access to useful amenities. Although I arrived to a messy home, Amir was very responsive and had a cleaner over within an hour. The cleaner explained the situation, which was very understandable, and she did an amazing job within a good time frame. Amir was also kind enough to refund me for half the day due to the inconvenience. This condo was airy, has a great layout and a very unique bathroom design. I was on the patio every night enjoying the stars. I highly recommend staying here.

Linda was super responsive and helpful which is what you’re looking for first and foremost when traveling and staying somewhere. But honestly did not need to contact her very much because of how streamlined the process was
