Our clean comfortable home is situated in the east valley. Close to restaurants, freeway and shopping. Queen bed and double hide-a-bed in living room to accommodate a family or 2 couples. Microwave, mini-fridge, coffee pot in the suite. There is no access to a full kitchen. Per Airbnb’s policy, we want you to know we have a camera with exterior video surveillance. No animals allowed. No tobacco or vaping allowed on the property. Only registered guests allowed on property. NO hookups.

Easy access to freeways, less than half an hour to downtown Phoenix. Located on an acre of land, it feels like a little bit of country right inside the city.
