great place! host has put obvious care into curating the space. fantastic location near Roosevelt Row, and walkable to all of downtown.

Location is amazing, cameras inside the unit were not expected and caught us off guard. We unplugged them, everything else was great and as expected.

Rudy’s place was perfect. My friend and I were out in Tempe for the weekend and chose this home because it was affordable and luxurious. The home was beautiful and spotlesss just like the photos. The host provided beach towels, body wash, and coffee!! The host gave us so much information upon arrival that made check in easy and smooth. We rented a car but there was no need because there were so many places within walking distance. It was the perfect area to stay. Nice and peaceful. Will be staying again in the future! This stay was amazing. The location was great and accessible to downtown Scottsdale, phoenix, Tempe. The images are exactly what you see - if you’re working remotely this is a great space to work from. They have a desk and a monitor for your use. Parking is easy and you have a designated spot. The bed was also very comfortable. Definitely recommend

We had a wonderful stay in Tiko’s place! Any hiccups we experienced were dealt with in a timely manner and handled with grace. We enjoyed the apartment, the useful amenities, and the location.

We stayed at this lovely condo for four nights, and we were 100% pleased with our stay. The unit was exactly as pictured and described with all the comforts of home. It was very clean and quiet. The pool and hot tub areas were lovely and quiet. Was nice to see the different types of vegetation throughout the complex. Quick drive/Waymo to some great restaurants and Old Town Scottsdale. Rene was a very pleasant and responsive host! We would not hesitate to recommend.

It was nice staying at Barbara's house. When we 1st got there, it was a little hard finding the building. GPS kept sending me to the building behind the condo! LOL! Once I found the building, it was easy to get into the condo. beds were comfortable. Great shower. It was good to have a parking space and not worry about where to park. It was very quiet so got good sleep. Barbara checked in with us and kept us informed! Overall, I would definitely recommend Barbara's place.

Great place to stay! We enjoyed the pool and the location is a good distance from Old Town. Chris and Cynthia were very responsive and flexible.

Perfect unit/amenities in a very walkable area- just as described. Really enjoyed that the kitchen had everything needed to cook. Great communication from Aaron with easy checkin/out.

This house exceeded our wildest expectations! Bryan was a fantastic host, always available to help us out. It was our first family vacation, and we had everyone from different states coming in. Absolutely beautiful home. The host left waters in all bedrooms which was a nice touch. The backyard is the best part. Beds are very comfortable. Highly recommended!

We really enjoyed our stay at your house this past week while visiting our son and his family, who live nearby. The location couldn’t have been more convenient, and the home was perfect—spacious, clean, and very comfortable. We enjoyed the good-sized kitchen and large dining room table. We also appreciated the large yard and the fun mini golf course. Brandi was a wonderful host—responsive and made sure everything was just right. We’d happily stay here again next time we’re in town!

House was clean, tastefully decorated. Location met our needs, close to family, but it does back up to an intersection, privacy wall.

This was a hidden gem. My friends who I went to school and I were visiting my family in Chandler and it was in the perfect location. We had 3 dogs with us and the hosts were very accommodating. It was a nice place to be and the dogs loved the backyard. The neighborhood is very safe and nearby everything that you’d need. Thanks again for a wonderful stay

An unforgettable girls’ trip! We loved every moment—late-night chats under the stars on the rooftop deck, splashing around in the in-ground pool, and peaceful walks through the charming neighborhood. Our local adventures took us to Salt River tubing in Mesa, a lively dinner at Cala in Scottsdale and brunches at Amelia’s by EAT and Lucy’s, but coming back to this cozy retreat made it all even better. This home was the perfect backdrop for our memories, and we can’t wait to return!

Comfortable, clean and quiet place for a family of 6. Good location nearby to lots of food options and shopping, not too far from the airport. The pool was super relaxing and was a highlight of our stay. I would stay here again.
