Located in Changé, Sarthe, the Petit Chalet Bleu is a very pleasant and peaceful studio with equipped kitchen (induction, microwave grill, toaster) and a nice bathroom. A living space with a comfortable sofa bed (180 cm). Baby cot. Linens and towels included. Outside, an independent space not overlooked with a living room under a veranda. Free parking spaces. 8 minutes from the 24 Hours of Le Mans circuit and Le Mans. Bakery, grocery store, butcher shop, tobacco shop, restaurant 600 m away.

We rent our old house, from 2021 and entirely on one level. It is a 5-minute drive from the 24 Hours of Le Mans circuit, and 10 minutes from the Pôle Européen du Cheval, by the expressway. The living room is spacious and bright, with an open kitchen and very well equipped. There are 3 double bedrooms with storage, a separate bathroom and a shower room in one of the bedrooms. A terrace with garden furniture and BBQ are at your disposal.

Not far from Le Mans, enjoy the calm, the rhythm of each season for a rejuvenating experience. From the private parking lot, you will cross the gardens where I grow aromatic plants and edible flowers to produce tasty herbal teas and herbs that you can find on my site.
