We are pleased to host you in this 75 m² house on 2 floors (2 bedrooms, 1 bed 160, 1 bed 140 and 1 bed 90). Access to your rental is through a courtyard with a bicycle shelter available. In season, enjoy the common heated pool and discover the banks of the Charente and the Maisons de Cognac within a 15-minute walk.
