Another wonderful stay for a weekend getaway with other couples and kids. Bunk room and garage game room were perfect separation for kids to have their own space. Lots of nature in this area- crabs, eagles, perch, turtles, frogs and catfish to name a few critters! House had every convenience of home- trash bags, laundry supplies, dishwasher pods, soap, laundry baskets and cleaners. It was so nice to arrive and not have to go out for basic supplies!

Great place! Exactly what we needed to come to town with a few families. Great location and very clean! Can’t wait to book again.

This house was terrific for family to stay at during our son's graduation place. Beautiful, spacious home in a beautiful setting right on the river. The indoor and outdoor amenities were many and very comfortable. The dock on the river was beautiful. Very clean, comfortable and with everything we needed for a nice stay.

We rented the entire property so we could stay in Richmond with friends and family for the week of our son’s wedding. Josh was very communicative and made the process very easy. The house was very clean and comfortable. The kitchen was very easy to work in and fairly well stocked. The neighborhood is so convenient.Everyone could find something to do within walking distance. I would highly recommend this property.

Mustafa was wonderful to communicate. Inside of home was just a pictured. CLEAN, big open floorplan. Was great to have a private bathroom in each bedroom - plus a main level small powder room. Stocked with basics to accommodate our cooking needs. We always bring anything "extra" we think we might need. Bed linens and comforters were GREAT! Water pressure and showers were GREAT. Did hear the train a few times during our stay - nothing that felt disruptive to us at all. Parking was difficult at the back of the home - 2 tight spaces in gravel - with not a lot of room to back up, we have larger SUV vehicles. All of our activities were away from the house (10-15 minutes away), thus convenient. If you are looking for somewhere with an outside area to visit - not a good fit. However, we were mostly inside visiting and traveling to other places (Wedding activities) - it was perfect fit for our needs. Thank you Mustafa!

We enjoyed the house and location for a Girls’ Weekend! Great getaway to check out a local winery and float on the river!

We had a very comfortable and enjoyable stay. This older home in a quiet older neighborhood is well-maintained, thoughtfully updated, cozy, and comfortable. It was spotlessly clean, and the check-in process was a breeze. We appreciated the ample off-street parking and the layout, which easily accommodated the multiple generations of our family during our gathering in Richmond. Plus, the location was ideal—less than 15 minutes to downtown. Mayra, our host, made us feel very welcome and was quick to respond to any questions. The home was well stocked with everything we needed. (including a crib and bassinet) There is a large private fenced backyard and a nice office area. I would certainly stay here again.

Aside from the long drive (45 minutes!) to Williamsburg, Blue Heaven is a perfect family getaway/family reunion spot and very accommodating for a large group (sleeps 10 and is a great entertaining space!). Stacy was extremely responsive and took care of any problems straight away. She also offered local recommendations. While we did not bring our dog, the property does allow them! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend this property.

This was our second stay in a short period of time. It was nice and peaceful. We really enjoyed the space. Everyone commented on how peaceful and homey it felt. Overall great experience. Violet communicates very well and is very responsive. If you are visiting RVA this is a great place to stay.

We had plenty of room between the two living rooms, dining room and spacious back deck. The place was clean and beds were comfy. Conveniently located.

Sooo much better than a hotel. We were in the area for a graduation. Two parents, two godparents, five children, six grandchildren, and one girlfriend. All coming and going eating and sleeping at different times. The home was large enough to accommodate all of us after the graduation for a celebratory meal. Beautiful views of the James river. My family stayed in the house and it was so fun! It’s so cutely decorated and clean.

The house was absolutely perfect and comfortable for our family! It was very clean and the beds, linens and towels were great! I will say that the one “bedroom” listed with a full bed is actually a laundry room with a bed in it off the kitchen. It turned out great for my granddaughter b/c she’s used to dark rooms but I wouldn’t necessarily list it as a bedroom for adults. Other than that, it was amazing! James was very responsive when I had some questions! Would definitely rent again if we are in the area!

Amazing home, very spacious for 8 people. I brought my 2 toddlers and 8 month and they were able to run around freely. The rooms were spacious and homey. Loved the decoration and the amenities. :) It was only a 15min drive to the city so it was perfect.

We booked Vacation Village 4br timeshare through Andy but it was full. Andy was able to leverage his connections and find us a 3br HOUSE at Kings Creek Plantation through Spinnaker which was better, I think! We had a full 3br/4bath house to ourselves with three porches in a peaceful setting. Absolutely recommend Kings Creek Plantation through Andy. Close to everything and amazing setting. So quiet and pencil. We will be back!

Absolutely beautiful place to stay. We enjoyed everything the home offered. Lots of things for the kids to do. My daughter enjoyed the pool very much! The home and property were better in person. Super clean and comfortable beds. I would definitely recommend and will return for sure!

This was a great place to take the family for a weekend vacation, they had everything you needed to stay occupied and very close to off site restaurants and shopping strips.

We had a great stay at Vacation Village! Check in was easy and everyone was very efficient-Chris gave us all the information we needed and made sure to welcome us when we arrived and to let him know if we had any concerns! We were situated close to everything we wanted to visit, which was so convenient! We had plenty of room and felt very comfortable-it was great having a bathroom accessible from each bedroom! It was an awesome trip-we were sad to leave, but take with us some wonderful memories-thank you!!

This was the perfect setup for us. Two separate spaces within the main space but we propped the interior doors open so we could all move freely between them. I do wish there were options for pillows. All the pillows were firm and over filled and it was difficult to sleep comfortably with your neck up that high; maybe bring your own. However, overall it was a great place for our family to get together. 15 minutes to Busch Gardens, close to the market and restaurants. Very safe area as well. I would highly recommend. Also, be aware of concierge. They have folks at the registration entrance that will try to direct you to concierge after you check in stating, “they have a welcome bag for you”. It felt more like they were going to pitch a timeshare sales pitch. If not interested, just say no thank you and continue to leave. Check out was easy although 10 am is a little early for a check out but that was not the hosts fault, that was the property itself. Beautiful property all around.

Venture answered every question I had prior to my stay and provided detailed instructions related to checking in. The units were neat, the beds were fresh and comfortable and all amenities were as described. There was a lot to do in Williamsburg and we all enjoyed our stay and the time we spent together!

Jason’s place was really nice, clean and quiet. The only downside was the internet connection which was that it sucked. Other than that, my family and I would definitely come back to your property.
