Holiday rentals with a patio in Charlottenburg-Wilmersdorf

It was a beautiful house as the photos were shown. We both had enough space for sleeping and working and eating in this residency. It was very easy to access to a local restaurants and a supermarket and get to the city center easily by bus. Melina was a very kind person.

Die Kommunikation mit Katrin vor/bei der Anreise war immer schnell und problemlos. Wir wurden von ihr persönlich sehr nett und freundlich in Empfang genommen. Sie hat uns auch in den folgenden Tagen viele schöne Ausflugstipps gegeben. Die Lage ist superruhig mit altem Baumbestand drumherum. Die Wohnung ist sehr groß (die Fotos geben die Realität wieder :-) Sie ist in sehr gutem Zustand und geschmackvoll mit Deko-Utensilien und Bildern ausgestattet, sodass wir uns gleich wie zu Hause gefühlt haben. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt, die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet, die Betten bezogen, Handtücher im Bad lagen bereit und selbst Gartenmöbel und ein Grill waren vorhanden. Es gibt ein verschließbares Gartenhaus für die Fahrräder und einen Parkplatz am Haus. Für uns das perfekte Domizil für 11 Tage Fahrradurlaub in/um Berlin. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen und können diese Wohnung nur weiterempfehlen. Perfekt, daher 5*****

Sehr schöne Unterkunft mit ruhiger Lage in Berlin. Alles war sauber und wie auf den Bildern.

Wir waren schon zum zweiten Mal bei Sybil. Wir fühlten uns sofort wie zuhause. Die Wohnung ist liebevoll und mit sehr viel Geschmack eingerichtet. Besonders schön für uns war wieder die große Terasse von der wir einen tollen Blick in den parkähnlichen Garten hatten. Den Schlachtensee konnten wir direkt durch die Gartentür erreichen. Dieser See ist ein echtes Kleinod, sowohl zum schwimmen als auch zum spazieren gehen. Der Weg rund um den See ist auch perfekt für eine Joggingrunde geeignet. Sybil ist die perfekte Gastgeberin!!! Für unsere Tagesausflüge in die Berliner Innenstadt und auch nach Potsdam haben wir die fußläufig erreichbaren S-Bahn Linien genutzt. Das machte unsere Touren sehr entspannt. Wir werden auf jeden Fall wieder kommen.

Had a great stay here. Location is fantastic. Very close to great bars, restaurants, and public transportation. Philipp was very communicative and would respond to questions and requests immediately. He also was able to allow us a later checkout time which was very convenient. Highly recommended!

My girlfriend and I had a lovely time at this flat. Berat was very kind and allowed us to drop our bags off a few hours before check in. The apartment is lovely and really felt like a home. Would highly recommend:)

I stayed at this lovely place for a week, in that time Anica and maxim were both extremely friendly and helpful. They left us to it yet we felt right at home. It was an absolute pleasure staying at their air bnb, everything was extremely easy to use and had everything I needed for my whole stay. Very nice quiet location just outside the centre of Berlin. Meaning after a busy day on your feet exploring the city you can head back to relax and unwind in peace. Couldn’t recommend them both enough. Once again thank-you for an amazing pleasant stay. Nadine hat jederzeit sehr schnell geantwortet. Das Haus war sehr einladend vorbereitet. Absolut einwandfrei. Die Geräte in der Küche sind super. Der Induktionsherd und auch der Dunstabzug waren zu jeder Mahlzeit ein absolutes Highlight bei den Kindern. Die Schaukel an der Treppe war im Dauereinsatz. Für Familien definitiv sehr zu empfehlen.

Everything was perfect. One of my favorite airbnbs that I’ve stayed in. Location was perfect and apt itself was in this wonderful secluded courtyard. Apt better in person than even the great pictures show. Will definitely be back here next time in Berlin.

Myself and 3 friends had the pleasure of staying at Clay Gardens for 4 nights. The house was amazing and had everything and more that you will need. House was immaculate with great facilities. Supermarket was close by with easy access to public transport also. Thomas was a wonderful host who welcomed us warmly. Thank you Thomas!

Wir haben uns sofort sehr wohl gefühlt in dieser besonderen Unterkunft. Das Häuschen liegt in einer sehr ruhigen Straße am Rande eines Waldgebietes und mit Nähe zu dem See. Man durchschreitet erst einen naturbelassenen Garten, in dem diverse Ruheplätze vorhanden sind. Besonders schön ist die Paletten-Chill-Out- Ecke direkt neben dem Eingang. Beim Betreten des Häuschen landet man sogleich in dem offenen Wohnbereich, in dessen Mitte der Kamin steht, für den ordentlich viel Holz zurVerfügung steht. Über eine steile kleine Treppe gelangt man dann in den oberen Schlafbereich. Alles war sehr gemütlich und geschmackvoll gestaltet. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen, wozu u. a. auch die Saunanutzungsmöglichkeit beigetragen hat. Wir können die Unterkunft wärmstens empfehlen, weisen aber auch darauf hin, dass es von Vorteil wäre, über einen fahrbaren Unterstützung zu verfügen, da sie sich schon etwas abseits befindet.

Sehr gepflegtes und gemütliches Haus mit einem charmanten Gastgeber, traumhaft schöner Garten!

Very responsive host, easy check in and lovely quiet neighbourhood. Was very convenient for attending a concert at the Waldbühne, within east walking distance. Also, lovely hike up to Teufelsberg which was really interesting.

Super netter Kontakt mit dem Gastgeber. Unkomplizierter check-in, auf Nachfrage auch ein etwas späterer Checkout möglich gewesen. Die Unterkunft ist sehr gut ausgestattet, alles was man für den Aufenthalt benötigt und dazu ein super bequemes Bett und eine schöne ruhige Terrasse. Beim nächsten Berlin Aufenthalt sehr gerne wieder!

I could not have been more delighted with my stay at Gérard's adorable flat. The location cannot be beat, just around the corner from Schönleinstraße U8, and with so much to do, see, and eat just outside the door. Gérard is a consummate host who gave me great local tips, and was so easy to communicate and coordinate with - he also very kindly helped me with my bag up all those stairs! The apartment itself is brighter and airier than the photos show. Even on some scorching hot Berlin days, it remained cool and pleasant with the windows popped. The patio is also a lovely extra. I will certainly be returning next time I am in Berlin!

A very nice apartment where you instantly feel at home. The train station and other public transport options are nearby. I would love to stay there again.

We got very lucky when we found Sigrid’s place on Airbnb. Compared to the ridiculous Airbnb prices in Berlin, Sigrid’s place was really well priced and totally worth the space and location. With a lovely view over the bay, we couldn’t have asked for anything better. Only a 6min cab ride to Ostkreuz or a 10 min tram ride, it was very well connected if we wanted to go into the city centre. There is an Aldi at walking distance and honestly, everything you need for a short or long stay available at the apartment. Sigrid was very accommodating and allowed us to sleep one extra person on the couch. Check in was great, Clemens showed us around the apartment and explained everything. Highly recommended. Will definitely book again for our next visit to Berlin.

This is a wonderful place to stay as a base for exploring all of the exciting things Berlin has to offer. The apartment was perfect for us, clean and with everything we needed. We loved the artwork on the walls and the balcony was perfect for our morning coffee. We also loved the extra little touches such as the extensive library and umbrellas on hand if it was raining. All in all we can recommend and hope to return in the future.

Two-week retreat? Nailed it. If peace&quiet is your love language, you’ll vibe with this place. River + green embankment = open-air office, running track, and relaxation zone in one. Inside, the apartment scores high on the hygge scale: comfy, charming, and blessed with solid internet (my online classes said thank you). Add two mega-stores, a café constellation, and a jungle’s worth of trees, and you’re set. Sure, the centre’s a stroll away, but that only boosted my step count and zen levels. As someone who has stayed at dozens of Airbnb’s, I can say that this was definitely in the top 1%. My husband and I stayed here for a month in May, and it was wonderful to “come home” every day to such a comfortable, pleasant and expansive space. In addition to the elegant and creative design, we loved the light and views over the rooftops. I slept like a baby on the super comfy bed, lounged on the comfy sofa, and worked comfortably at the large dining room table. Two large bathrooms were a luxury. A huge walk-in closet. Delightful rooftop patio. Well-equipped kitchen. The apartment is on a quiet and bright street, close to multiple forms of transportation, cafes, restaurants, and shopping (giant supermarket across the street). Easy to get anywhere. Our host, Eric, was extremely helpful, a font of information, and a delightful and charming human being. He was very responsive both before and during our stay. We would definitely stay here again, not to speak of moving in forever!

Great place! So close to public transportation. The flat is on the top floor, so there are a lot of stairs (no lift). I wouldn’t recommend for anyone with limited mobility. But otherwise, everything is definitely worth it! Absolutely gorgeous view from the balcony. Hosts are very responsive and helpful!
