Holiday rentals with a patio in Charlottenburg-Wilmersdorf

Communication with Katrin before/on arrival was always quick and hassle-free. We were personally received by her very nicely and kindly. She also gave us many nice excursion tips in the following days. The location is super quiet with old trees around it. The apartment is very large (the photos reflect the reality:-) It is in very good condition and tastefully equipped with decorative utensils and pictures, so we felt right at home. We didn't miss anything, the kitchen is very well equipped, the beds were made, towels in the bathroom were ready and even garden furniture and a barbecue were available. There is a lockable garden house for the bikes and a parking lot at the house. For us, the perfect domicile for 11 days cycling vacation in/around Berlin. We enjoyed our stay and can only recommend this apartment. Perfect, hence 5*****

Photos in listing aren’t of the unit stayed in. Pierre was upfront about that before confirming booking and supplied a video of actual unit. It’s a fantastic place and exactly as shown in the video. Very clean. Very comfortable.

Had a great stay here. Location is fantastic. Very close to great bars, restaurants, and public transportation. Philipp was very communicative and would respond to questions and requests immediately. He also was able to allow us a later checkout time which was very convenient. Highly recommended!

My family and I were in for a few days and Novi’s spot was perfect. Check in was easy because they have some one at the door of the building 24 hours a day. The place was exactly as the pictures portray it and it had everything that you would need, including a kitchen with all the proper chef tools, including high end glassware. Very quiet street but a few minute walk from the TV tower. Good restaurants. Hofbrau House Berlin, 2 minutes. The Beast, great steak. And all the the things you hope for in a nice neighborhood. Highly recommended

Immaculate apartment, quiet building and area.

Fritz's apartment we found was a great place to spend a few days in Berlin. The apartment is spacious, and even though it is a basement apartment, it was quite light, as it opens onto a garden. Fritz was an excellent host and offered good suggestions of places to go. The location is handy to grocery shopping, bakeries, and also to sights such as the Botanical Garden and the Grünewald hunting castle, as well as to many walks. Public transit was not far away, and parking was easily available on the street.

We recommend this accommodation in every respect, ideally located in a quiet and pleasant neighborhood with restaurants or for a drink as well as for food nearby. Transportation within walking distance. Impeccable cleanliness, well-equipped. It feels like home. Be careful, however, on the 5th floor without an elevator, it's sporty after a good day of walking!! Andrea is a charming person, responsive, available and accommodating. We are ready to repeat this wonderful Berlin experience in this place without any hesitation!

Everything was perfect. One of my favorite airbnbs that I’ve stayed in. Location was perfect and apt itself was in this wonderful secluded courtyard. Apt better in person than even the great pictures show. Will definitely be back here next time in Berlin.

Myself and 3 friends had the pleasure of staying at Clay Gardens for 4 nights. The house was amazing and had everything and more that you will need. House was immaculate with great facilities. Supermarket was close by with easy access to public transport also. Thomas was a wonderful host who welcomed us warmly. Thank you Thomas!

We immediately felt very comfortable in this special accommodation. The cottage is located in a very quiet street on the edge of a forest area and close to the lake. You first pass through a natural garden, where there are various resting places. The pallet chill-out corner right next to the entrance is particularly beautiful. Upon entering the cottage, you immediately land in the open living area, in the middle of which is the fireplace, for which a lot of wood is available. A steep little staircase leads to the upper sleeping area. Everything was very cozy and tastefully designed. We enjoyed our stay very much, which was also helped by the sauna. We highly recommend the accommodation, but also point out that it would be advantageous to have a mobile support, as it is already a bit off the beaten track.

Surely one of the best airbnb experience I have ever had! Nice place to stay to feel yourself peaceful in nature. Cozy guest house. Ozgur is very friendly and helpful, really enjoyed my weekend there! Highly recommended :)

The property owner is very warm and pleasant, was available for any questions and very serviceable!

We spent 6 wonderful days in Cathleen's vacation home. It is wonderfully quiet in a beautiful residential area a few minutes' walk from the beach. The garden is an idyll, and Robby or Schaf, the lawnmower, ensures a very nice lawn. We made daily use of the terrace either at the table or on the comfortable lounge. Everything works perfectly and we can highly recommend the vacation home. Our four-legged friend also liked it here very much.

Very responsive host, easy check in and lovely quiet neighbourhood. Was very convenient for attending a concert at the Waldbühne, within east walking distance. Also, lovely hike up to Teufelsberg which was really interesting.

Super nice contact with the host. Uncomplicated check-in, on request a slightly later checkout was also possible. The accommodation is very well equipped, everything you need for the stay and a super comfortable bed and a nice quiet terrace. I would be happy to stay again on my next visit to Berlin!

I had a great stay at Gérard and Cinderella's place. The studio is facing the backyard, the bed/ pillows were very comfortable, and there were thick curtains, which all made it easy to sleep well. The studio is located right next to an U-Bahn station, which makes it super easy to access various locations in Berlin. Gérard and Cinderella were both great at communicating and answered any questions promptly. They also generously allowed me to check in early, which I really appreciated. I would absolutely recommend their place!

A very nice apartment where you instantly feel at home. The train station and other public transport options are nearby. I would love to stay there again.

We had a great time at this place. It was much bigger than expected and had everything we needed and more. It’s located in a very peaceful and beautiful neighborhood. The hosts were very responsive. communicated well! and were accommodating of our needs. Highly recommend.

We absolutely recommend Katrin and Ralf's place! The place was very comfortable and cozy and we felt totally comfortable! Everything is well equipped and also the adjoining garden with nice terrace was very well maintained and welcoming. Katrin lovingly prepared the crib for our daughter and numerous drinks (and even alcohol-free sparkling wine) were provided for us in the fridge. The "bun service" on the weekend was also great! A beautiful playground is a 1 minute walk away and the many games, books and DVDs made it not boring even in the evenings. For those who want to combine a visit to Berlin with peace and relaxation, Katrin and Ralf's accommodation is the perfect choice! Thanks for having us!

This is a wonderful place to stay as a base for exploring all of the exciting things Berlin has to offer. The apartment was perfect for us, clean and with everything we needed. We loved the artwork on the walls and the balcony was perfect for our morning coffee. We also loved the extra little touches such as the extensive library and umbrellas on hand if it was raining. All in all we can recommend and hope to return in the future.

This is an incredible place to stay in Berlin. Anjeza’s home is beautifully decorated and has great vibes. Would absolutely stay here again. 10/10

As someone who has stayed at dozens of Airbnb’s, I can say that this was definitely in the top 1%. My husband and I stayed here for a month in May, and it was wonderful to “come home” every day to such a comfortable, pleasant and expansive space. In addition to the elegant and creative design, we loved the light and views over the rooftops. I slept like a baby on the super comfy bed, lounged on the comfy sofa, and worked comfortably at the large dining room table. Two large bathrooms were a luxury. A huge walk-in closet. Delightful rooftop patio. Well-equipped kitchen. The apartment is on a quiet and bright street, close to multiple forms of transportation, cafes, restaurants, and shopping (giant supermarket across the street). Easy to get anywhere. Our host, Eric, was extremely helpful, a font of information, and a delightful and charming human being. He was very responsive both before and during our stay. We would definitely stay here again, not to speak of moving in forever!
