We live next door, no key problem, also the arrival time does not matter. We are close to the train station. Griebnitzsee and Wannsee. Free parking, including trucks. Pets welcome.

The central Potsdamer Platz can be reached in 22 minutes by S-Bahn (suburban train). Private, permanent parking space included.

Large pool, not heated, open from mid-May to September. Charcoal grill available. The S-Bahn S7 and bus can be reached in 10 minutes on foot and with both you can drive in 35 minutes to the city.

Prinzipiell gibt es 2 Schlafzimmer mit großen Betten und die bequeme Couch im Wohnzimmer kann auch zur Schlafcouch umfunktioniert werden. Diese Wohnung lässt keine Wünsche offen!

The Two Bedroom apartment has a total size of 59m² and includes 2 bathrooms (shower/bathtub with professional hair dryer and cosmetic), a living room with sofa bed and TV, a Double Bedroom with TV and a Single Bedroom. It also has large cabinet space, a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, washing machine and coffee machine, dining table. It can accommodate up to 3 adults and one child/infant (a child up to 9 years on a sofa bed and/or an infant in an extra cot).

In this green, quiet location, you are still only 10 minutes by car or 25 minutes by bike from the western center of Berlin's Charlottenburg Palace and 7 minutes from the Siemensdamm subway station. Our bicycles are at your disposal free of charge. The cottage has a double bed. You can set up a second double bed, but then has less space in the room.
