Beautiful bright living room / 1st floor apartment of 100 m2, with a lovely sunny balcony. The apartment is located in the charming beach town of Hellerup, where you will find many unique shops and cozy cafes. The apartment is close to Bernstorffsvej S-tog station - about 15 minutes to Copenhagen city center. In addition, connection north to, among other places, Louisiana and Helsingør. The apartment is an older, private residence where I live on a daily basis with my two teenage boys, so don't expect 'hotel cleaning' - but rather a charming private home.

Der er grønne områder meget tæt på, store parker og Dyrehaven med Forlystelsesparken “ Bakken” nås på 10 min. gang. 5 min i bil til stranden. Ønsker i kultur er museet Ordrupgaard tæt på. The apartment is located on the first floor of a two-family house, where the host couple lives in the apartment above. The area is approximately 74 sqm, divided into kitchen, bathroom, bedroom with double bed and two living rooms, one of which has a sofa bed. The yard is lush and inviting and offers several seating areas.
