Excellent stay in Chartres: great city and very nice living environment. City center within walking distance in no time. Beautiful spacious apartment on the 3rd floor with elevator and parking space in a garage: ideal for families. Overlooking the train station and the tracks: a little unfortunate. Some repairs to be carried out or that have not been carried out in the accommodation.

We had a pleasant stay. Upon arrival, we appreciated its layout and cleanliness. The spacious rooms, with beautiful parquet floors, offer very comfortable beds. Nothing is missing: towels, tea towels and dishes are perfectly provided, which greatly facilitates the stay. Another major asset: parking. Although the initial access may seem a little complex – in fact, you just have to park in the underground parking lot of the Town Hall, walk 3 minutes to get the parking card, then exit and re-enter with the card – this step only takes about ten minutes. Once you've settled in, it's very easy to enjoy the city center on foot, to visit the cathedral, the museums, stroll through the markets, or enjoy Chartres illuminated. The apartment overlooks a pedestrian street, which guarantees total tranquility, despite its location in the heart of the city. In short, a place we recommend.

Excellent place to visit Chartres. Everything is perfectly in line with the listing, there is all the necessary equipment and the apartment was impeccable. The parking space is very appreciable, although it is not directly accessible from the lobby of the building. The exchanges were very fluid and responsive.

we had a lovely two days. the accommodation is located by the water, it is quiet and relaxing. Everything is nearby in a few steps.

This was my first time using Airbnb, and I have to say it was a really great experience. Marie is a very attentive, kind, and friendly host. The shower was amazing—better than the one at home! Everything was comfortable, and it really felt like being at home. I can only recommend it!

This is the 2nd time we have stayed here and it was, once again, perfect. Some little treats left for us which is so thoughtful. Really really lovely comfortable place to stay. We came to visit family and friends for a nice break and Kristel’s home was the perfect location right across the Chartres train station & mix between luxury and minimalism. Well located apartment, close to the cathedral, restaurants... Not necessarily super convenient for parking but there are a lot of small (paid) parking lots all around so you can always find a place. Clean place with all the necessities. Small problem with the spa that did not work completely, it's a shame. A nice apartment that is pleasant for a short stay in Chartres.

- very clean and it is not too crowded for 4 people - all you need is in the apartment and more - close to metro station - great location, the neighborhood has everything you need and I feel safe - the most important thing is the host's Martin is a very helpful person, super nice. So, I personally think it's worth staying here even though it's on the 3rd floor and there's no elevator.

Mehdi's apartment was exactly as shown in the listing, and definitely a one-of-a-kind as far as places I've stayed on Airbnb. The hot tub was delightful after walking around the city all day, and the view and the sunsets are as great as advertised! We had breakfast every morning at La Rose de La Puteaux right at the end of the street and it was on the way to the Metro stop. The grocery store is close and the convenience store at the main entrance has more than you would expect! If we come back to Paris again, just the two of us, we will definitely be back!

France and Bruno are extremely welcoming hosts. Their apartment, superb, is tastefully decorated and impeccably clean. The outside is just as charming, and the private access to the hot tub and sauna is a real asset. I would highly recommend this property:)
