Less than 30 km from Chartres and 5 km from Courville-sur-Eure train station (Paris-Montparnasse line), you are here in the heart of nature, conducive to calm and rest. You will appreciate the minimalism, comfortable interior and charm of this 37m2 house with all the necessary for your stay. You can enjoy the garden and the harvest from the garden.
