I provide towels I provide a Nespresso kettle and coffee maker. Pods are provided. The bakery is 200 m away. Possibility to enjoy the common areas including the kitchen on request.

You have to climb a fairly steep staircase to access the 2 bedrooms, bathroom and toilet renovated in my house which is a farmhouse. I would like to point out that the toilets are located between the 2 bedrooms. An office is installed in the larger room. The house is fiber-connected. The Château de Maintenon is 1 km away and the train station is 2 km away to get to Paris or Chartres.
