Fully equipped accommodation (Kitchen, TV, Internet, bed linen, towels, coffee maker...) all in a modern and cozy atmosphere. Your arrival will be autonomous thanks to the secure lockbox.

Fontenelle: quiet between springs and stream

Agnès and Rémi, retired, welcome you to the outbuilding of their 14th century farmhouse. Recently restored with eco-friendly materials, located in the center of a landscaped plot of 2 hectares crossed by a stream, century-old trees, beehives. Great for a relaxing and bucolic stay. Close to the famous Mayenne towpath, between Coudray and Daon. Numerous hiking, biking and horseback riding trails nearby. Châteaux de la Loire are an hour's drive away.

Nice cottage in Laval "cabin spirit"

Located in an enclosed garden, the accommodation is independent of the owners' home. It's small: 14 m2. Despite the proximity to the city center, the place is quiet. For short stays the cottage is perfect. The layout is simple, functional and warm. Only one person is accepted at this listing. Our guest must wear slippers. Following unpleasant experiences, a cleaning fee (€25) will be charged if the accommodation is not left clean.

This friendly and modern studio on the 1st floor , completely refurbished, will make you crack . As one can say "small but cute" , indeed it is a one-room studio equipped with a 140x 90 bed with good quality bedding. We've optimized the space as much as possible. The bathroom and toilet are separate. It is located 50 m from a bakery , in the city center of Chateau-Gontier. Ability to park easily in the street for free.

Welcome to Château-Gontier! Come and rest in this quiet place on the 1st floor of a renovated outbuilding, near our house. Ideal for a business trip, training, wedding... Our courtyard can house your bikes (we are near the Vélo Francette). This home is located near Saint-Rémi Church, Oisillière Park and the towpath: you can take beautiful walks! Bakery 200 m away. I'm here to help with any questions!

Cozy little home in charming little village

Small cozy apartment on a quiet street. The village is located on the banks of Sarthe with its small port, its lock and its open-air café! The property has many amenities. it is independent of my house with a different entrance. the wifi network is functional, fiber optic just arrived in our small town 😉 I am delighted to welcome you, accompanied by my faithful Australian Shepherd.

It has a pleasant bright living room, a fully equipped functional kitchen as well as 3 bedrooms including 2 with a double bed and another under the attic with 2 single beds to accommodate the youngest. On sunny days, you can enjoy a terrace with a balcony with 2 sunbeds and a table and chairs.

Very nice apartment in a castle for longer or shorter stays,a day/night or more... You can visit the "Refuge de l 'Arche" (wildlife park). Close to the river ,on the way to "la françette by bike" ideal for walks. Easy parking and very close to the city center. Bakery at the bottom of the building . Nice green park just behind the building.

Our studio (with private entrance and private parking) is spacious and located on the first floor of our house. It is close to the city center, close to shops, the castle, halls... You will appreciate our accommodation for its calm, brightness and French pool that is at your disposal. Our place is great for couples and all guests.

House rental of 50 m2 with 1 bedroom plus 1 sofa bed with 2 beds in the living room. Terrace with garden and levee. The minimum rate for 2 people includes bed linen for the room as well as 2 hand towels. Attention, we add bed linen for the sofa bed only when the accommodation is booked from 3 people.
