We were very well received, the instructions for finding the accommodation were clear and precise. The space was very clean. We enjoyed staying at Cedric's.

A peaceful night, a comfortable mattress, and a very clean home. We were able to return late in independence thanks to the lockbox. Our 6-year-old daughter slept well on the sofa bed too. (Don't forget to bring your own sheets, shower gel, etc.)

Charlottes place is a beautiful ly decorated and roomy appartment. The bedroom has a large amount of space yet feel cosy and relaxing. The apartment is located within a short walk to cheap parking, restaurants, chemists etc. Charlotte herself is a warm and friendly hostess. She is very proactive in communication and caring to make sure your stay is perfect.

We spent 3 nights in this apartment which is really close to all the must-see places in Angers. The accommodation is very well equipped, whether it is the necessary (2 coffee machines, shower gel, cutlery for eating, etc.) or more extraordinary with a balneo bathtub, a sauna and an overhead projector with a removable screen in the bedroom. The parking space is an undeniable plus, the entrance is not very large but having an SUV it is quite possible. it is true that the street is noisy, as is also indicated in the description, but for us, by not going to bed too early, it did not bother us. Good value for money with services and parking. Thanks

Excellent accommodation, very good quality amenities. Sick hot tub, being accustomed to renting this style of accommodation, this is the first time I see a hot tub of this size. Élodie is very responsive. Nothing to say excellent!!!
